Goli Nutrition has earned two exceptional reviews: one for the Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies and one for the company/customer service via Goli. The Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies: I learned about this product when a friend pinged me on a FB advertisement. When I learned about the product, I was skeptical that a gummie may be as effective as taking straight ACV shots. However, because I consistently had increased difficulty drinking ACV shots each morning (an issue that's persisted for over 2yrs now), I researched this product, compared with others in the market, and opted to try this one. The information that Goli provides on their website and through their Amazon page presented a product that has been developed with the utmost thought/care, AND, as I read through the reviews, I was impressed with consistent reports of an effective product AND top-notch customer service (the kudos from customers regarding the customer service came from BOTH those pleased with the product and those who felt it didn't work for them - seeing Goli's interaction/engagement with both customer sets built my level of trust to explore this product and, truthfully, when I ordered the product, I didn't expect that they would work). I received my product a few days after I placed my first order, and within two days of using the product, I felt and experienced just how effective it is. These work! (thank God!) I have fully switched over from drinking ACV each morning to taking gummies each morning (and throughout the day, as needed). I take ACV for many of it's health benefits. The one most, obvious and immediate sign these worked for me is that I was able to cease using underarm deodorant within two days of using the product (I stopped using antiperspirants in 2012; and shortly thereafter, I stopped using deodorant too - so long as I take ACV consistently, I have not had use either product since 2012). I now take 4-6 a day, but when I first started taking these, I took the max amount (12/day) to get my body immediately back in the swing of things (and when I can tell my body is having an 'off day,' I do ramp it back up to the max for that day). While taking ACV isn't the only thing that allows me to go without deodorant/antiperspirant (drinking proper amounts of water daily; proper health/nutrition practices; regular activity; etc.), ACV certainly assists my body with effectively killing off the bacteria that make my underarms/body stink. I honestly thought these gummies weren't going to have as much "punch" / power as drinking the ACV shots has for me - they work just as well as ACV shots. Again, thank God! As good as ACV is for me, I dreaded the part of my morning routine that included choking down ACV. The gummies are pleasant, they taste good, and they are super-fresh (e.g. they are not like a dried up gummie that you see at a candy counter - they literally feel and taste like they came straight out of the gummie-maker when you open the bottle). While it would be much more cost effective for me if I could go back to buying a bottle of ACV an continue to choke down straight shots of ACV, I just wasn't able to maintain that routine anymore (the gag response was too intense and it had become a miserable part of my morning routine). ACV is so effective, I struggled through it, but I had to find an alternative. I am a firm believer in INVESTING in myself and my health - and while one of the comments that came up consistently in my research is 'this sure is expensive,' after using this product and experiencing that it is as effective as drinking ACV, I am completely sold on Goli's ACV gummies. ACV has too many health benefits for me to stop using it, and thankfully Goli developed a product that provides me an alternative option to keep up my health routine. THANK YOU GOLI! Goli Customer Service: first and foremost - outside of Nordstrom's, I have never experienced this level of customer service. On a recent order, I had an issue with a damaged product. It required multiple emails between Goli and myself to identify how/why the item arrived damaged. I am literally beyond impressed with Goli for so many reasons: (1) I interacted with five different customer service agents throughout these exchanges, and had I not noticed that the name changed with each interaction/email, I would have never known that I was interacting with five different CSRs - the communication was consistently clear, concise, friendly, and helpful - it literally felt like I was talking to the same person the entire interaction until the issue was resolved. I am blown away. (Goli - you obviously broke the code in how to hire INCREDIBLE representatives for your company AND/OR how to train employees to be exceptional communicators and in such a way that the customer feels as though ANYONE can solve an issue). Each interaction was a gold standard. Actually, whatever level above a gold standard, or above a platinum standard, above the top of the top - Goli has earned it. Goli has literally set the bar at a level that others will seek to achieve - there is now a "Goli-standard." Thank you Goli for an exceptional/effective/high-quality product. Thank you Goli for making me enjoy a customer service experience and for making me feel exceptional about a company (it feels as though this happens that much these days across our world, so for you to revive the feeling of being treated with respect, care and concern - and to do so seemingly 'just because' that's who/what you are - well, I can't tell you what that does for me - it put a big smile on my face and you've created a huge fan and a loyal customer.

I purchased the Goli 3-in-1 to help regulate my digestive system. All three (probiotic, ashwaganda, apple cider vinegar) have become part of my morning routine. All 3 smell and taste great, have regulated my digestive system, and have provided an increase in energy for a more enjoyable lifestyle. Highly recommend for anyone trying to transition to a healthy lifestyle.

I think they taste pretty good for an acv gummy, but I also like the taste of vinegar lol. Also these ARE gummies so they are going to be sticky and sometimes stick to each other. If they start getting stuck to the bottom of the bottle, turn it upside down (w/ lid on) and knock it on the table a few times, then open it and grab one. I have noticed that I don't fall asleep as often as I normally do if I go over my sugar limit and that's been really nice. I also feel like I eat less. I would recommend trying these, and remember everyone adjusts differently.

The taste is good, certainly better than drinking ACV! Unfortunately, my bottle came with all the gummies stuck to each other, I have to use a knife to try and get them out so not ideal.

Since apple cider vinegar offers many health benefits, I decided to give these a try. I was not disappointed! Very pleasant taste and easy to chew! Good choice and great value!

I was disappointed because some of the top gummies were ok then most of the gummies were sticker together into a giant ball with some white powder substance on them. I believe I just got a bad batch which I only had for 3 weeks.

Good! Didn’t even taste like apple cider vinegar or smell like it! They actually tasted pretty good and curbed my hunger for awhile.

These ACV gummies really work! I noticed when I stopped taking them for a month I was back feeling more bloating and more cravings. It definitely helps with sweet cravings and gives you a boost of energy! They taste really good too! I sometimes take the ACV mix in water but I prefer the gummies. They are very chewy btw so just make sure you chew them throughly to get all the benefits. I really need to cut back on my sugar and not have a sweet tooth. I do love ice cream though. I was pre diabetic last year and just trying to maintain my A1C. I take these in the morning and I feel less in need of a dessert or treat. I’m not not really sure about weight loss (not using for that) but I do think it has helped with inches in my waist and maybe shrink my tummy (could be the bloating).
