Good probiotic
The media could not be loaded. The capsules are smooth and easy to swallow, not too big or chalky. I’ve noticed a difference in digestion. I’m less bloated and go more regularly, which gives me some pain relief when I have to go too. I don’t really think it’s had an effect on my sleep quality. My only complaint is how the lid/bottle design is.

Decent brand and quality
Not as strong as I would like but great for beginners. Competitive price and nice quality.

So far so good!
I just started using these so can't testify on how they work yet. But they're easy to swallow, I don't get an upset stomach after and they arrived as expected.

Making homemade yogurt with NOW Probiotic-10 capsules
I have been making my own yogurt for the past couple of months. I felt that there had to be a better way to make it, than having to keep buying yogurt from the store as my starter, so I first experimented with NOW Acidophilus Two Billion Capsules. I can't remember exactly how many I used. . . maybe 4 or 5 capsules, but after 24 hours in my incubator the yogurt tasted great, but was still quite thin, so I bought this Probiotic-10 25 billion, and now I am making a most wonderful and flavorful yogurt.I use 1 Probiotic-10 capsule, and 2 Acidophilus Two Billion Capsules. I don't know that I have to use the Acidophilus, but I have 2 large bottles of it, so I'm using it for every batch.I have a precision water cooker and a Styrofoam minnow bucket to make my yogurt in. I pour a ½ gallon of whole milk into a zip lock freezer bag, place it in the minnow bucket and heat the milk to 180°. I pour out the hot water, and run cold tap water over the zip lock bag of milk until is it roughly body temperature. I open it up, and pour the contents of 1 Probiotic-10 capsule, and 2 Acidophilus 2 billion capsules into the bag of milk. Zip it back up and shake it to disperse the bacteria through out. I then set the water cooker to 114°f and leave it incubate for roughly 12 hours.I line a colander with paper towels, and pour the yogurt/whey mixture into the colander, catching the whey in a pan below the colander. I let it drain for about 1 hour. I've let it drain in the refrigerator overnight, to make a Greek style yogurt, but I found that the yogurt was too thick and dry for my liking, so now I retain a bit of whey in the yogurt, thereby giving it a creamier texture.I use the whey for the liquid in making homemade bread. It really changes the bread dough from what I am accustomed to. The flavor reminds me of almost a sour dough kind of flavor. . .but that's another story.I am really very much enjoying making my own yogurt this way. It is wonderful tasting, healthful, and quite economical also. . . a win win win situation as far as I am concerned.I highly recommend the NOW Probiotic-10 capsules for yogurt making at home.**************************************************************I thought I would add to my review, after reading people's concerns about the potency of this product, and it not being shipped in a refrigerated container. I last bought Probiotic-10 over two years ago. As above, I use it to make homemade yogurt. I keep the Probiotic-10 in the freezer, and it is still making great yogurt after 2 years.

Affordable, works for me.
Inexpensive probiotic. Does it work to improve health? I have no idea but my doctor recommended a probiotic after my hemicolonectomy (ascending colon removal) and I'm not having IBS-type symptoms, so I call it good.
