Does the job and flavors are great!
Love the quality of the packaging, thinking about everything from scoop piece to cap. The flavor is amazing, the welch grape one is really good. It brings good value, helping you hydrate during and after training. It dissolves very easily and it doesn't bother your digestion, at least in my experience. Higly recommend it!

I ordered SONIC Ocean Water flavor ... I love it! I genuinely look forward to drinking this and it tastes just like an actual ocean water drink from Sonic. I'm convinced it works as well - I had gone on an 8-mile, 4,000-foot elevation gain hike one day and I was still VERY sore days later. A friend recommended BCAA so I ordered this. The next day I felt fine - zero pain. I drink this daily now and I'm never going back. Will order more flavors!
