Worked great on my Delta flight
These worked perfectly with my noise cancelling headphones on my Delta and KLM flights.

Great, but not necessary
I thought I would need the 2 prong headphone adapters for use on the airplanes, but Air Canada had the regular one pole plug in the back of the seat in front of me, so I didn't need them. But good to have in case the plane requires them.
