Great stabilization

Knee support is good. Brace is fairly easy to put on by yourself.

I re-injured a previously grafted ACL and was waiting for delivery of my usual knee brace and bought this in the meantime. It was very effective, I’d rate it as between moderate and maximum support. I like that it has metal hinges. I followed the instructions to secure the bottom first and I never had issues with slippage. Have no idea what self adjusting means, but it worked for me. I’ve used both underneath and on top of pants. I also like that it’s designed so the Velcro doesn’t chew up the fabric.

These knee braces are very well designed and constructed. They fit a wide range of leg sizes and have two pocketed positions for the aluminum hinges which should work for most athletic legs. The Velcro closures hold tight and last a long time. Remove the hinges and fix the Velcro for easy washing. Great product that will add stability to your knee.

I put this on an 8 1/2 X 11 piece of printer paper for size reference. First, the gel "donut" is only half, not all the way around. The other brace I bought from a different brand has a full circle of padding. The straps and Velcro are sturdy but one side is very, very short. There is no give to the straps at all which is good for support but the long strap also attaches to a very small area of Velcro, so I'm not sure how there is a "range" of sizes listed. The other brace (from a different brand) that I purchased based on the measurements, according to the directions, fit me perfectly. This is too small (and although the metal hinges are in the SM/M pocket, I did have them in the LG/XL pocket when I tried them, so that is not the issue). This item CANNOT BE RETURNED. My bad, I guess for not paying attention to the return policy. I thought it was an Amazon Prime item. Second, if this is NOT a returnable item, then I would love to know why the one that I received had CLEARLY BEEN OPENED BY SOMEONE ELSE, YET SOLD AS NEW. The clear security tape had been removed and was folded over the plastic packaging. This was NOT NEW, though it is not dirty, so hard to tell if it has been worn before. My guess is that someone else had the same experience that I did but was somehow able to return theirs. I try to buy items manufactured in the USA, when available. The item seems sturdy but is very poorly designed. This was a disappointment in the inaccurate sizing and a used item sold as new.

These were great, but way to large and heavy for my knee. I thought they would work as they are of great quality, but it unfortunately did not work out for my knee. Wonderful construction.

I bought this because my knee was bothering me really bad and the slip on knee sleeve just wasn’t doing anything. So when I received this I put it on and have been wearing it ever since. I think I’m going to have to have surgery in about a week on my knee and this was definitely something I needed until surgery. Definitely would recommend to anyone. In fact my daughter hurt her knee last week and I was telling her about the one I bought from Amazon and she purchased the same knee brace. So that says a lot about the brace. Very satisfied 😊
