I am very happy with this product. Lucky for me, I had it just in time for National Drink Wine day yesterday (2/18!). This item is sturdy and does what it needs to. I like the multi-function of a chiller, aerator, pourer and the drip-free spout. White wine is my favorite and I don't like it room temperature so I have been happy about how quickly I am able to use this product to chill my wine prior to having a glass. A big thing also for me is the fact that the chiller stick is 100% BPA free. I have been trying to stay away from items that are not BPA free so this works out perfectly. The other great thing is there is a money-back lifetime guarantee which makes it silly NOT to purchase this product with a guarantee like that...go ahead and try it, I do not think you'll be disappointed. Bought it as a stocking stuffer for my wife and finally used it tonight. Cold part works great. Good idea to add a pour spout venturi but you have to actually make a seal between the bottle and the rubber grommet! Dumps wine all over the place but only from the gap in the grommet and the bottle! Kim Crawford is a pretty mainstream white (thanks Costco) but it pours all over the table but not out the spout. What a disappointing mess. Thanks for ruining Christmas with your bad design and lack of testing. Shay Shay El Cheapo China!

I am no Master sommelier by any means, but I am a mother who enjoys a nice glass of wine every once in a while. When the whim hits me, I usually pick up and bottle and can't truly enjoy it until its been sitting in the fridge for about a day or so, seeing as I HATE warm wine with a passion. That irked me to no end so I decided to get this product to remedy my issue. The gel on the inside froze quickly and I was able to enjoy a nice glass of cool wine the same day I received the stick in the mail. The silicone ring at the top fit snug enough that I didn't spill wine all over the place and the chilling rod fit perfectly in the middle. The stick looks and feels to be made of quality materials. I'm looking forward to using this more and more in the future, especially if I have any guests show up for dinner out of the blue.
