... after years of using Constant Focus to stay mentally sharp, I ran out and didn't take it for almost 2 weeks (before Amazon Prime carried it) and by the 7th or 8th day I could tell the difference. A couple of days after restarting it I could begin to feel more confident of mental sharpness again. Haven't run out since.

It would have gotten a 5 out of 5, if it weren't for the Talc. I just took it a few times before deciding not to take them.,Talc is potentially cancer causing ingredient, and there are lawsuits involving victims. There's no need to put talc in these...for what the color???!!! They could take the talc out. People care about the affects, not the color of the pill.

The promises were not met. It made no difference at all. Good try but no cigar!!

This product doesn't help I've been taking it for a while now and I've seen no improvements. Also, after taking this I started breaking out on my face really bad. Wouldn't recommend it but different people have different results. However, it arrived two days before the estimated delivery date so that's the only good thing about it.

It seems to have quite a difference on my body and possibly on my mind. If I may,my urine is the color of lemonade and my bowel movements are much improved.

I started using this product because i wanted to boost my brain power. It has! Exponentially! I am raving to all my friends that I feel smarter. I am able to understand complex ideas and I have intellegent conversations. I reccommend this product to everyone.

I use Constant Focus, along with some other vitamins and daily exercise, to keep my mind sharp so I can keep the hundreds of characters in my series straight. ;) I do wish it were available in softgel like they use to make it, but it's still a great product that works for me.

Sadly, no change at all. A waste of money.
