Universal Air Conditioner CO 11169MC-KTAC A/C Compressor

This fit perfectly in my compact GE aluminum Gen1 Camaro style brackets perfectly.Some other R4 piston style Compressors did not fit.Also, this compressor seems to be very efficient using R134a refrigerant.Very quiet and works well at low RPM.Be sure to change your Orifice tube to the appropriate size to maximize use of R134a refrigerant if converting from R12

I purchased this product in order to replace theThe original A/C compressor in my 1984 Corvette C4, and after I verified compatibility with my vehicle model first. After I received the product, I tried to install it and it seems that the rear part of it has a round bump, with a significantly larger radius than the bump in the original composition in the car. (see pictures) and so, during installation, it gets stuck in the engine's belt tensioner mechanism and cannot be installed in any way.I sent it back for a refund.

Fit my 1991 g20 van, I suppose like some said the a/c output at idle is less than the leaky r4 (changed twice!) But I suspect the durability is much better. And I don't live in Las Vegas and sit there idling in the summertime either so no problem
