I bought this assuming it would be cheap and a waste of money, oh God no. This is by far the best money I've ever spent. Perfect for sciatica, the heat isn't too hot, and the quality seems really good, very sturdy! I highly suggest this for anyone with back pain, neck pain or sore legs!

This massager is really nice! I am 7 months and it relieves a lot of end of the day (and let’s be honest- around the clock) lower back pain. The heat feels so good and the kneading is perfect. The only thing that would make it 5 stars in my opinion would be a battery only option that doesn’t need a plug when you’re not near one and if the massage/ kneading element had more variations. It does has levels of massage intensity, which is great though!! Highly recommend if you suffer from any type of back pain or are pregnant!!!

Decent enough unit. Heating elements started failing after 3 months. Quality of the covering is poor at best, it began shredding at the seams at 6 months. There's zipper to remove the covering hidden under a flap that doesn't allow you to grasp it. The zipper also doesn't have a stop so if you try to push it out from the wrong side it falls into the unit.

Got this for my boyfriend and he says it helps his back a lot after a long day! The heat is good! Durability seems to be doing great so far. It’s lightweight. You can bring it with you if you’re traveling, but will need to be near a plug in if you want to use it.

This is a decent massager for a fair price that I use almost daily so a lot of wear and tear. I bought it a little under a year ago and this last week the cover started to rip apart. I noticed that the cover zips around the whole unit so I contacted the company via Amazon and asked if there was a way to purchase a replacement cover. Instead they offered to exchange or refund me because it has a 3 year warranty and so I opted for an exchange because I like the unit and it achieves my needs. They sent me a replacement unit and it was delivered in less then two days. They don’t even require me to send back the defective unit. I’m thoroughly impressed by their customer service. I received this less than a week ago and after very little use is ripping at the seams. It took a while to get here, and by the looks of it will have to pay to ship it back to CHINA! What a waste of time, energy and money. And NOW...The invoice from the post office for sending this $50. neck massager back to the Chinese address listed as the only option in order to get a refund, MINUS the shipping to Canada was "$231.36 for Xpresspost International"- $154.91 for Surface Parcel Int'l & $383.46 for Priority WW-parcel!!! So obviously it's NOT going back, and I basically just threw away the price of this defective product! Please be warned if you're looking to purchase this!
