Woodfiller fills wood and is easily sandable

I used to fill drill holes in a cabinet I was making.Dap plastic wood is a must have , it’s easy to use , just fill the hole or gap, it dries quickly and sand level. Very durable for repairs on wood, doesn’t smell and the tube is great no messy dried up half containers , the cap keeps the contents fresh.

It's great, but unless you're using an entire tube at one time you're basically going to waste whatever is left over. The metal crimps as you push out the material and leaves air get into the tiny holes. Disappointing as it dries very hard and pretty quickly.

Plastic Wood is a good product, but don't buy it in this tube size. The product thickens quickly upon exposure to air, and after a couple minutes it will no longer squeeze out of this tube. After initial opening, product will dry in the neck of the tube and you will have to dig it out with a nail for each use; then you will have to keep digging it out of the neck of the tube with a nail as it thickens while you use it.

I use it around the house on baseboards and chipped furniture. It cover holes, dries fast, and after sanding lightly to make it smooth, I paint the area and looks like new.

I have always found Plastic Wood to be an extremely useful product. However, the cans often end up drying out before they are used up. These tubes are much better at keeping the product usable over a longer period of time.

Another reviewer complained that this material dries and becomes harder than the wood around it. Word of warning - that is entirely true. I filled some screw holes on a guitar with this material, and wound up snapping two screws when driving them into this material.
