SiriusXM Radio 20' Antenna Extension - Right Angle

I bought this to extend a factory Sirius/XM antenna in a 2014 Traverse. The stock antenna terminated behind the rear drivers side panel. I installed a aftermarket Kenwood double din DVD/NAVIGATION system with the add on satellite radio tuner. The Kenwood satellite tuner (SXV200) only had enough line available to be mounted in the front of the vehicle. To keep the finished install clean and not have a 2nd antenna I bought this for my customer and it worked perfect. The cable isn't really fat like the Terk brand one Sirius/XM markets. Plus the Terk extensions start around 50 ft and I only needed around 12 ft or so. Wether you need to extend a home or car antenna this item should work great for you. This will also work on the old school Sirius or XM units. The only exception that I know of is the really old style Pioneer units that actually have 2 connections for the antenna, otherwise buying this is money well spent.

This antenna cable extension works well with my home XM radio antenna. It allowed me to move the antenna to a window further away from my receiver but with better line-of-sight for XM satellites. Reception is now excellent. The connectors fit reasonably tight on the respective mating connectors. Recommended.

Does the job adequately

Mine was not a right angle version, but I don't care - it worked! I needed this to run the antenna wire to my new SiriusXM tuner I bought for my wife's car. I was replacing the factory radio and wanted to use a new tuner rather than the factory supplied one. Unfortunately, on her car, the OEM XM tuner is located in the back quarter panel area rather than under the glove box, so an extension cable is needed. The length of this was perfect, and the quality superb. I was afraid that I would lose a little signal. So far, though the new combo is perfect ... not one dropout yet even in areas the old system dropped out consistently. Price was good ... I'm a happy listener.

Could not get good reception with the length of cable supplied with the radio antenna. It was long, but not long enough to place the antenna facing south for the best reception. This 20' Sirius XM Universal Antenna Extension Cable was the perfect solution. Allowing correct antenna placement, the reception is now excellent without signal loss or drifting. Great, simple solution if your home radio setup is not located in an area of the home where the antenna gets good signal.

good quality cable easy to put on works great with no fade in the radio at a good price

This was an inexpensive extension for SiriusXM radio antennae. The connectors are a little flimsy but they work. Okay for a permanent connection but I wouldn't trust it for repeated plugging and unplugging.

Mounted on tractor trailer roof, works great...bracket made for mirror mounting but with a little ingenuity got it mounted to faring bracket. Cords wasn't long enough(20ft or so) had to order an extension. At this moment hard to say about longevity but had it for 2mths or so and so far so good!

Works perfectly for my in home Sirius XM. Was able to use the cord effectively and efficiently. Strung it through the crawlspace, under the staircase and out to the window in the adjacent room. Excellent.

This was purchased as a replacement to the cable that came with the device initially. My husband installed it and has had no problems ever since. It does the job and we haven't experienced any dropped signals since we started using this cable.
