Used to drill holes in old marble. Did a beautiful job

Only have used one bit so far but it worked well!

These bits are the bomb. With most of these bits i have been told unless you buy the expensive ones for 25 dollars a piece that they will not last. I beg to differ. I have used these multiple times and have drilled holes into the bottom of many of my pots; as many as 4 holes in each pot. Have used all of the sizes and one was just as easy to drill a hole through porcelain as the other. I have also drilled holes in pots for the neighbors. I do make sure they stay wet and allow them a bit of cool down time between going from one hole to the other. When i put them away after all of my pots had drainage holes drilled they looked as good as when i took them out of the case before drilling. I love the case and how each size has a distinct matching pocket hole to fit them into. Zips up nicely and the size is easy to store. I am so proud that i can now drill holes in bottom of my flower pots and am very pleased with the quality of these bits.

I was surprised how easy the drillbits were to use. I purchased A new glass vessel sink to replace the one that had cracked unfortunately the drain was off by about half of an inch from the original. I bought this set to drill through 2 inch granite with a hole opening that has already been drilled, I had to increase the opening by 3/4 of an inch. Once I got the drill at the angle and started through the granite the drillbit was very easy to use. I kept splashing water on it and it drilled through 2 inches of granite in approximately 8 to 9 minutes I am very satisfied as the drillbits don’t appear to have anywhere on them at all. I also believe it was more difficult to drill with a pre-existing hole because I had to hold a drip drill bit tight to get it started without it slipping into the existing hole. Great investment and I highly recommend this company

AWESOME! We had to cut a hole in our Silestone counter top. The 1.75" is what we really needed for a 1.6 metal insert, but got the whole set because that is what we could find. Went through like a dream. The hole saw/bit we used is probably done - a single use deal but COME ON...20 bucks for all this?! Totally a deal! The company that installed our counter top wanted $400 to drill this single hole.Hint: when cutting a counter top, build a dam out of Play Doh around the hole. Roll a half-inch thick "snake" and press it firmly to the surface to be drilled. Then fill the area inside the Play Doh with water. Drill VERY slowly to begin. My husband started with the drill at a slight angle because when he tried to drill straight down, the blade danced a bit. As the angled bit began creating a groove in the surface, he was able to straighten the drill back up. Be sure to pull out the hole saw and flush the cut with water. My husband said it cut much better after I squirt water in the cut and the sand got washed out. We were drilling right next to the sink, so our Play Doh dam was three sided with the open side at the edge of the sink. This way, I could hold the kitchen faucet/sprayer thing next to the drill and keep cool water flowing on the bit and in the cut.Final words from my husband: "slowly slowly slowly."

Along with different setups for wet drilling.The majority of them required peel and stick wet systems . It was very easy to use but once I was out of the peel and stick seals the sets were useless.• I highly recommend this set of wet bits for a DIY enthusiast or a pro level contractor
