Panasonic KX-FAD462 Drum Cartridge Replacement for KX-MB2000 Series Printers

Not always available when you need them. Order 2 so that you have an extra on hand.I had a bit of trouble installing this. Did not work at all when first installed but it was my installation error. Some toner got onto the shiny "bed" and it caused streaking on printed documents. If there is ANY toner on the bed then copies will have gaps and streaks. You have to clean it off of the part that the manual says "do not touch". Once installed correctly, these work great.

We chose this product first for the fact that it was original equipment, then for the price. It was priced lower than others and was a great buy for original stuff. We didn't want to purchase any generic brand for fear it would not work out. The drum arrived in a short time and we simply popped it in & started printing flawless pages! Thank you.

The drum cartridge works fine, but the instructions were very difficult to follow for a novice like myself. It was also not clear that you needed the toner replaced at the same time. Ended up taking the printer to the Geek Squad to install rather than make a mistake. They didn't follow the instructions, but just installed it based on other similar products.

Very reasonably priced. Have had no compatibility issues with my Panasonic thus far.

These cartridges are an expensive requirement for the Panasonic KX-MB2061, which I bought a couple of years ago and is one of the worst pieces of office equipment I have ever come across. Moreover, the last drum cartridge order I placed came via Infutech of Pennsylvania, and was a complete crock. The product appeared to be recycled, not new. A loose piece of plastic fell out of the bag when I opened it, and loose toner stuff fell on me also. The product is not recognized by my printer which is still telling me the cartridge needs to be replaced. To add insult to injury, because I had let 30 days elapse before opening the product (I believe in keeping office supplies on hand rather than running out) Infutech has refused me a refund. I wouldn't buy another Panasonic machine in the future, and I certainly won't deal with Infutech,

It was nice to be able to get the Drum Cartridge threw Amazon as it is always a big trouble to try to get them from a store. If they cary them they usually are out of stock. Besides that we have to travel about ninety mils to a big enough city that would have a store. So yes we were glad that we were able to get it. And yes it worked.

It works very well and prints nicely. Arrived quickly.

A little surprised how fast the original drum wore out, but the replacement was just what I needed. Works perfectly and I'm back in business.

I have to return this drum. There is a tiny slit on the bottom that should be in the middle. The company has made an error. It looked like the other drum until I examined it closely and found out why it won’t fit.

Although the drum indicates the machine it is to fitit does nothad to refund
