Fitz and Floyd 5247266 Melamine All Purpose Bowl, 6.5-inch, Tranquility

Pretty bowl. I purchased it for salad and for the colors which are lovely. However the center design was off center which is why I rated this three stars. I expected more from Fitz and Floyd. It was relatively inexpensive so I didn’t bother to return it. It will be covered with food anyway lol.

I've had melamine plates and bowls for five years and never broken or chipped a single one all while running them through the dishwasher and having dropped them quite a few times. I've always handwashed these and have never once dropped them, and in less than six months, I found this huge chip on the serving bowl. These are supposed to be break and chip resistant, but I have no idea how this even happened. Super disappointed.

This product is cheap plastic. You could buy this at the dollar store for a couple bucks. I wish I hadn’t paid so much for it. It looks cheap and unlike the photos. Now I just use it to soak my air plants.

As soon as I opened I was disappointed, will use when grandkids come for picnics, immediately stored in the cabinet vs return.

I love this dining set!

The dishes arrived yesterday and I can't wait to use them. They're very attractive and look as though they should hold up to a lot of wear. Only 2 small criticisms:1) there was insufficient packing; if the box had received less care in transit, the contents could easily have been damaged. Fortunately this was not the case.2) there is a very tiny green spot (the ink from the pattern) on the white centre of one of the 4 dinner plates. I could be picky and ask for a replacement but it's not worth the effort since the plate will be covered in food.
