I've been adding this powder to my other mushroom coffee mix. It dissolves quickly and has a nice mild mushroom flavor that I like. I also add some Anthony's organic instant coffee for more coffee flavor. It tastes very good with milk, cream or non-dairy milks. I can definitely feel a nice energy boost from the mushroom powders that lasts through the day. I think the price of this Sacred 7 powder is a good value.

Bought it to add to my coffee, it was flavorless which is fine and dissolved fairly well. I only used it in hot coffee and there would be a good but that wouldn't dissolve and would be sitting at the bottom even with constant stirring but I image if you tried it with a cooler drink it wouldn't dissolve very well. All in all I definitely felt the effects of it and my mind seemed to be cognizant and constant energy level through the day.
