Q: we are unable to push up to fully open it to roof height can you assist please

When you push the black bracket connected to the roof up to the top of the leg you might have to push in the catch, a small silver ball, this will them slide behind the black bracket and then engage into the hole in the bracket to hold the roof in the open position. You also need to make sure that the whole marquee is open to it fullest point as of it is not square then it will be harder to put up. Hope this helps.

Q: How low is the lowest point internally? We bought one from a different seller however the frame had several low points which we found annoying

I am 6 foot tall and did not find it hard to walk around
