This collar is super cute. I have very sensitive, allergic skin and have been wearing this all day and so far no issues. The PVC leather is very soft and pliable and the collar is very comfortable. It came with 3 keys. If you plan on giving a key to your partner, keep in mind the keys are kind of feminine. My partner wanted to wear the key on a chain on his neck but after he saw the design he thinks it's too feminine to wear on his neck.

Overall, this is a nice show piece and makes a neat accessory to any outfit. The material is 1/8 inch thick and 3/4 inch wide. The material is looped through the D rings and sewn to itself. The chain is made of unwelded links and can be bent open with a bit of force. You could add more links if needed. As received, the usable neck size is 15 1/4 inches max. but that's with no slack in the chain... 14 inches if you want the chain to form a triangle as in the photos... 12 1/5 inches if you want to lock the two D rings together. The lock looks cool but the shackle is floppy in the lock body and could be easily broke.

Lock mechanism works every time, love the fit and feel of the felt on my neck. Looks amazing. Sometimes pulling the lock pinches the neck skin when the chain tighens the grip; works well if masochistic.

So I paid extra to get this item faster only to find no key in the package. Fortunately I have another lock necklace with a key that fit this one. It’s cute, and it is surprisingly comfortable. But since locks and keys similar to the one included can be found also on Amazon, I’d recommend getting a package of them so you’ll have extras in case the lock on this one breaks (and you’ll have extra keys). As an added bonus, the chain portion of the necklace can be used along with the lock as a cute bracelet. The “leather” part is very small, so unless you have a tiny neck, you’ll need the chain when you wear it as a necklace. Overall, it’s a good item for the price with some versatility. I took off two stars since the key wasn’t included.

Very cheaply made, i know i did not pay a lot of this necklace, but you truly get what you pay for. The chain bent easily and the lock and key were like children's diary locks. It was plated metal so it started chipping and overall, i am not happy with this purchase.

Choker seems decent, too bad I can't use it. There's no key and when I tried to close the padlock it fell apart. Flimsy construction, flimsy materials, you get what you pay for I guess. I should have read the reviews first, don't waste your money

Got it earlier then expected! Very good material, the heart has a good amount of weight to it, fit perfectly with quite a bit of play to it as well! 😉couldn’t have been more perfect!

Shown as having a chain as well as the padlock between the o-rings. Only the padlock is with the collar. Too late to return, I need it, so I'll have to live with it. May have to get some chain somewhere if it is too small without.
