My dog loves it. She takes it to bed every night. It is sturdy, doesn’t seem like it will rip easily. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Trying to replace a raccoon she got 4 year’s ago. Squeak: Only squeaks when I squeeze it.

As with all stuffed toys, supervision is needed.
I have a 6 month old standard size Golden Doodle who has gone through several raccoon toys. He loves their tails and to make them squeak. He knows the word raccoon, so when the last one “died”, I had to get another. This one is well made and has a magnificent tail. It did not take long, however, for Marvin to amputate two of the raccoon’s feet and pull the stuffing out. Luckily, I was able to get it from him before he swallowed any, and was able to sew up the injuries and return it to him for another round of play. I do not expect more from a stuffed toy, but I do not leave my dog alone with one and accept that supervision is always necessary. This raccoon is charming and when it “dies” I will probably buy it again. Five stars!

Not for heavy chewers, but hilarious for fetch
We really enjoyed this while it lasted, and my dog loved it--she's an australian cattle dog/blue heeler, and is a big chewer. She loves plush toys, however. If you are diligent about putting it away when you are not throwing it for your dog, or your dog does not destroy plush toys in general, then it's great. I think she really liked how long the hair was on it, more animal like or something. It really does look like a dead animal, which is pretty hilarious.

Doesn't last like you would like it too but my dog is an aggressive chewer so I am surprised it lasted as long as it did.

My dog is very rough on toys, but he absolutely loves this one! It is his seventh one!

My dog's favorite toy!
My dog loves these toys! The squeaker never stops. This is a replacement for the one she had previously. We also have the squirrel and the skunk. Favorites because the squeaker is the whole body. She doesn't have to hunt for a tiny squeaker. Arrived on time as promised.
