Works great
Got this super cheap and even though it didnt say it worked with the towels I bought it did. As long as the towels fit in it, it will work. It's pretty flimsy until you mount it. After mounting to a cinder block wall, closing and locking, it feels really solid. It is so convenient to use and looks great in my garage. Really happy with it,

Don't use mounting template
Towel holder is nice, but don't use the mounting template in box unless you check it against towel holder first. The template that cane with mine wasn't even close. My fault for not putting it against holder first to check it.

Looks and works good if you are willing to do a quick fix to it.
I bought this as a warehouse deals but I’m guessing based on the amount of them available that quite a few of these suffer the same issue. The plastic part that the lock is supposed to secure to breaks (or was already broken on mine). I fixed mine by drilling a small hole where the lock catches and inserted a screw. I cut away the plastic cover slightly to go around the screw and it now works perfectly. Also don’t have to worry about that plastic piece breaking in the future. So if you pick up one of the great deals on the returned items, you can fix it quickly with a screw.
