Fit perfectly. Wasn’t too big. I use sweet sweat cream under this waist band and I’m dripping sweat in my mid section by the time I’m done with my workout. Been a few years since I bought it and I’ve had no issues with any tears. Pretty durable

Great product. Makes you sweat in the areas it is covering even if the rest of your body isn't sweating. I wear it while walking around my community. I've noticed shrinkage around my abdominal area. Great product for the price. Can be worn around the house especially when doing chores. It's also great to wear while gardening and exercising. It's a great back support. It's very comfortable to wear and very stretchy for a perfect fit. Only negative I'm going to add is that it's starting to pull apart around the velcro but other than that great product.

I remember buying one of these in the past, the current version seems to be of lower quality. Makes you wonder if they purposefully spending less on manufacturing in order to increase profit. Will likely choose alternate brand in the future - but is satisfactory for use until I wear out the Velcro again. I’m a slim guy, but like the extra sweat factor… but not sure if it actually burns more fat… I use it almost daily during 3 to 5 mile morning jog… I think it worked better in the past, just like my metabolism.

I walk three X's each week and set aside about 15 minutes for stretches and exercises. I sought out a belt to help cut down on belly fat since I work hard to stay in shape for my health and joints. I have three separate floor exercises specific for my waist and abs. I wrap this around my waist every time I walk and have not noticed much of a significant difference - maybe a quarter of an inch. I have used this for a few months now so this is enough time to notice a reduction in the waist. Made well, comfortable, good support and a good price.

OMG, OMG, OMG- THIS REALLY WORKS!! As in "same day" works. The first evening I got it, I wore it approximatly 4 hours and when I took it off I could not belive how I already looked skinnier. Seriously. I've been excersing 5 days a week for a over a year and have not gotten nearly this much result. I only wear this around the house, and if it is starting to get sweaty I take it off, or readjust it so it's not so tight. It's supposed to be comfortable, not tight. I HAVE ONLY HAD THIS 6 DAYS, and I look awesome. Sometimes I wear it at night while I sleep if I think of it, if I get too hot I take if off in the middle of the night.I LOVE THIS THING.I take it off if it starts to get sweaty, so I haven't had a reason to wash it. I'm not using it to sweat in, just doing my thing around the house as a stay at home mom, and it works! You could easily just wear it around the house in the evenings (or nights) too and get results though.This is a miracle, my waist & belly & love handles don't look like I've had 3 kids anymore. I never thought this would happen.If you're a taller person, you could easily buy 2 of these to get results on the top of your belly/lovehandles, and also on your lowerbelly at the same time!Update: after 3 months of wearing this around the house and loving it, I've started up at the gym again and wear it there- awesome results if you do that- particularly the next morning when you wake up. I'm showing and telling people about it every time I go to the gym- I can't help but share the good news since it really works!! I put duct tape on the tiny tear it got on the inner lining. ;o) I don't care if it wore out and I had to buy a new one every month- because it's cheap for something that makes such a big change!

I have used BellyBurner belts for years. This is trash. It started ripping after just a few weeks. After about 6/8 weeks it has completely ripped. Worthless now. Contacted Amazon to get a refund and it had just passed the return window. Completely out of luck. So warning from someone who has purchased many BellyBurners over the years, don’t waste your time and money on this.

I have been buying this brand for a long time and I won't switch. I bought from another website and received a knockoff so I'm staying with Amazon. I'm a nurse and have a very physical job. Not only does this belly band help me sweat and help keep my waistlinebut it's super comfortable and offers great support at the same time while I have a lot of flexibility. Updated version I just received on Amazon is even better quality. It does have a little bit of a chemical smell, small sacrifice for how much I love it.. so I left it outside overnight I can also wash it on gentle in a wash net bag and hang dry. Or hand wash in shower or sink with soap! Exactly what I needed. For me, personally it works!

Surprised and disapointed. I've had one of these before and I wore it till it fell apart, worked amazing and does what its suppose to do. This one however started coming apart at the seams after the first wear. I wanted to send it back, but I had already thrown my other away and didnt want to wait. I rationalized it was only $20 because I had also already thrown the box away which I normally dont do till I know, but seeing that I was already familiar with this product, I hadnt considered defects and decided that I would try to make it work and now I'm wishing I hadnt.
