This stuff is AMAZING. I suffer from chronic constipation. It's the worst : ( These pills are very gentle, no cramping, and best of all, NOT a stimulant. My Dr told me these are fine to take. I will never be without them!

Works very well... actually too strong for every day use. One of the few things I have found that really works for chronic problem.

I have always had a problem with being regular and these do the trick. No bad stomach cramping or anything. Just keeps you on schedule.

I bought a bottle of this awhile back and was really pleased with the price and the potency. However, this time around while the capsule still says 535mg/capsule it doesn't work nearly as well as the original bottle. In fact I have to take 2-3x more capsules for the same result. You might think maybe it's my body that changed. I wondered that too until I bought a similar product containing 535mg/capsule, the Detox 535 from Pure Sunshine. It costs more but it's way more potent and I can take 50-75% less of this product for the same result, making it a much better deal in the end. So - if you need something really strong, go with the Detox 535. The potency of their product has stayed consistent. I only switched to Earths Creation because I thought it was less expensive.

This product works like a charm. For my IBS problems, these pills do the trick. I take 3 per day to stay regular and carefree. Would recommend to everyone with serious IBS problems.
