Excellent! Lists the most important words in Romanian, along with practical sample sentences illustrating the correct use of the words Indispensable for the serious student of the Romanian language.

Learning short sentences is a nice way to learn the very common chat. Better than I hoped for.

Was not aware it was just vocabulary with sentences. Not good for total beginners, but that’s not the books fault. Good overall.

This is very helpful

The problem with this one is it lacks entries to very high frequency words like "a înțelege" (to understand). There is an entire array of words the author missed. No words starting in the letter ș (except for și) are in this book which is totally impossible. The author probably had problems parsing the data with some special characters and couldn't check twice to realize it. A little disappointed in this but what can you do? Definitely would not recommend anything from this series.

I'm a couple of months into learning the language and I can see this book being very handy when I get more advanced at it but it isn't much use to me now apart from reading the words and trying to memorise them.
