No, not a hollow grind. It's a flat grind or possibly slightly convex. Ive never looked really really close at it.

Q: Does this knife have a 90° spine?

Yes, the spine is at a 90 degree angle. It can be used with a ferro striker (not included)

Q: Can the handle be removed? Like if i wanted to make a custom wood handle?

The Handles on all of this series are Canvas Micarta and very nice but yes You can if you choose to.
