Beautiful military ball dress for a great price! Not as float as the picture but that might be from shipping. No weird smell and the lacing hoops are nice and strong ! I’m 5,3 120lbs 32B (small) normally a size small/ medium I ordered a size 4!

This dress was lovely but just not for me. It was way more dressy than I needed. Also, it has a lace up back that makes it impossible to put on alone. Must have a partner to help out....FYI.

I purchased this gown for my daughter - to wear at a formal dance, which ritualistically takes place the Saturday evening of an annual convention weekend which she attends every year with good friends of hers. Initially found the dress on Amazon - but since it was not available “Prime” (free returns - had that been necessary), I wound up searching out the E-Mail address for the Original Seller/ dress manufacturer and working directly with them (having my daughter go in to a professional tailor and have all of her specific measurements taken) - to have the gown CUSTOM SEWN to her specific sizes. NOVIA made themselves EXTREMELY easy to work with - communicated with me via E-Mail throughout the process - then mailed the gown out ahead of schedule! When it arrived a few days later, it fit perfectly!! As formal events arise for me in the future, I will look up NOVIA first - to purchase from - and will ABSOLUTELY refer them to ANY friends of mine who ever need a formal gown for one event or another - in a heartbeat and without reservation!!!

The dress is nice, however it took 7 weeks to get it. So 2 days before the wedding there was no time to have it altered or pressed. I did it myself. As the FedEx representative stated, the vendor sent the package "the cheapest, slowest way possible" So if you order, order 3 months in advance, and order 2 sizes up from what you normally wear. Loved this dress!!!! Mine ran 1/2 size smaller. But I wore a strapless bra/girdle and it fit perfectly. Great quality Dress just wish I had ordered a can-can to make it stand out more. The sleeves were a little tight also. But stretchy material helped :)

I ordered this dress and was in a rush cause my son moved his wedding up and gave us 3 weeks notice. They worked with me and got me the dress as soon as they could. I got it in a about 10 days. It fit me very well I only had to get the built in bra altered a little. I received many compliments on my dress. It was a wonderful night. And I want to thank you for a your attention and help with this matter.

Got the dress in good time as it arrived about a week earlier than the date expected. Don't forget that if shipped to Canada you will have to pay around $30 to $35.00 in duties & taxes when it arrives. I ordered a size bigger than what my daughter would normally wear & it fits perfectly. No alterations necessary. It hangs about 1" from the floor when wearing a 2" heel, which is perfect. My daughter normally wears a size 4, so got a size 6 & she is 5'4" tall without shoes on. She looks beautiful in the dress & can definitely wear it again to any formal occasion. Will be getting it dry cleaned as it is tightly packed in a bag, so definitely has wrinkled & just more comfortable knowing is is clean after however much handling it has gone through.

I ordered this to be a maid of honour and was really happy with it. Was pretty true to size but the corset back gives you some wiggle room so you don't have to be exact. I had a lot of people tell me how beautiful the dress was. I got the black one. Shipping was pretty quick considering it comes from China and I paid extra for the quicker shipping. Length was great on me too, i'm 5'5" and it fell at a nice length. It was nice to have my arms partially covered so i really loved the sleeves in this dress.

We ordered it a size bigger as we weren't sure if the sizing chart was accurate due to past purchases from China being way too small. However, the measurement chart provided was accurate and therefore the dress was a bit bigger than we anticipated but we had it taken in and it looks great.

For the price this is stunning! Arrived well before estimated delivery date. Well made and decent fabric.
