I'm so glad I ordered the smallest package size of this potting mix. I wanted it to use it for organic indoor kitchen garden. I was quite stunned to discover that even the onions refused to sprout. NONE...and I repeat none of my seeds germinated. FYI...I planted - Bell peppers, Green chilli , Basil, Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes, celery, Onions for spring greens, Garlic and a couple of micro greens. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GERMINATED!!!Initially used it in the germination tray...Why? Of course...but was so so so disappointed.After a week or so I noticed several black ants infesting the potting mix. Turned out plenty of white worms had appeared. I was too grossed out. Threw everything away. I had previously ordered casa De Amor organic soil mix and that turned out to be great in comparison.June 28th, 2019 -The seller reached out to me regarding the above review. I feel it is relevant when there is a personal touch to the transactions which do not turn out the way they are intended to.(regardless of the amount spent on the product) It is also great to know that the sellers take keen interest in after sales feedback and measures they take to improve the customer experience.In my case, as a gesture of reparation , I received a brand new germination kit which contains seeds, coco peat & the potting blend. The seller also shared videos that serve as instruction manual for planting & germination of seeds. Certain methods could be different and I'm willing to follow the exact step by step procedure to have my kitchen garden up and running.A good customer service is way to go! India is steadily picking up on the essence of customer satisfaction towards its local consumers. And i'm not complaining.I will add further review updates for the new kit I received. Thank you.

This sheri kisaan potting mix is a great option for those looking for a non-fertilized soil option. I needed a soil that wasn't Cocogarden or mahagro as that has been used by my sister and seems like they only advertise nicely. I've found some of their products to be full of mold, or bugs, in more than a few bags that iv used at my sisters, so I only use sheri kisaan now. This was my second purchase with them.This soil looks very rich, and feels as natural as a potting mix can feel. It works great for regular house plants.. all the 6 plants that I have potted with this are doing well and looking healthy. Don't forget to have a drainage hole on your planters, otherwise your plants could easily be over-watered. I cleary see that the proportion of cocopeat powder is minimal which is great cuz I can mix that on my own if need be. This soil can also be used for succulents however I would recommend mixig it with some perlite that will help with airflow and a self-sustaining water cycle. Hope this helps other home gardeners.

As always Amazon got this product fast. Used this to fill small pots to grow indoor herbs. Thesoil felt fluffy, nice and drained very well. The soil came close dry. I let the pots sit out in thesun for two days letting the soil settle in the pots. Now, after about a couple of weeks theherbs are growing well. For a home gardener like myself I can say this organic soil is greatfor my herb pots.

What i liked about d potting mix is..that is is so soft and soil free. It is very spongy. My plants and really going great in this mix and getting healthier. I have seen new growth in my plants since i have replaced their normal soil. Definitely recomment this. One thing i will suggest is.. that they should provide a little dry soil ..so we are not paying for moisture.Overall, it is the perfect soil for your plants and they will love you for it ;)

I have a terrace garden and maintain it on my own. I tried this soil for the first time and it has lived upto my expectations, it is of premium quality. Highly recommend it 👍

I mixed this with normal soil and used it while sowing bell pepper seed, lemon seeds. The seeds have sprouted and growing well in my balcony. Great for growing indoor or balcony plants as this mix seem to have the basic nutrients for the plants.

Used this potting mix in few pots to germinate seeds. The growth was fast & no need for any other fertilizer.

Excellent. Light-weight, well draining potting mix. I'm seeing much better germination rates using this, as opposed to a mix of red soil and compost. 100% would buy again!
