Great for oven use
I love this product. Year round I use this in the oven with my roasting pan to cook bacon, fajitas and toast vegetables. This also comes in handy during the holidays for cooling bread and cookies. It is best yo use a brush yo clean with hot water and soap.

I just got this so haven't used it yet and can't vouch for how easy it is to clean. However it is very sturdy, much better quality than the one I am replacing.
