My cats like it well enough, usually, and both the ingredients and price are good.
I have purchased this variety pack a few times before, along with other Tiki cat food products. While it's not my cats' favorite food, they usually eat it, and it adds the variety they demand in their diet. I free-feed my cats (Blue Buffalo) kibble, but it's a good idea to feed wet food as well because cats get much of their liquid requirements through their food; older cats, in particular, often don't drink enough water for kidney health. While my cats will eat the same kibble day after day without complaint, they demand a lot of variety in wet food and will refuse even their favorite food if offered too many days in a row. I can identify with that, so I am always looking for healthy foods to add to the rotation. My requirements are that there be no corn, soy, wheat, gluten, or unnamed byproducts and that the first ingredient be either meat, fish, or poultry. Tiki Cat meets those requirements. The first five ingredients in each of this variety pack are as follows: Tuna, Shrimp & Pumpkin Recipe in Broth: Tuna, Tuna Broth, Shrimp, Pumpkin, and Sunflower Seed Oil. Tuna, Ocean Whitefish & Pumpkin Recipe in Broth: Tuna, Tuna Broth, Ocean Whitefish, Pumpkin, and Sunflower Seed Oil. Tuna, Calamari & Pumpkin Recipe in Broth: Tuna, Tuna Broth, Calamari, Pumpkin, and Sunflower Seed Oil. Tuna, Tilapia & Pumpkin Recipe in Broth: Tuna, Tuna Broth, Tilapia, Pumpkin, and Sunflower Seed Oil. I like that the recipe's name matches the ingredient list, as there is no deception. I also love that the first three ingredients are fish and fish broth. One of my cats is not so young anymore, so I generally look for a wet food that is truly wet since the fluid is necessary for health. I would much rather see fish broth as the second ingredient than water since broth has nutrients as well as enhanced taste. Don't feel like you're being cheated when canned cat food has some liquid in it, as that is an important part of their diet. As I mentioned earlier, my cats prefer some other premium foods, but they rarely leave Tiki Cat recipes uneaten, and I'm comfortable with the ingredients.

tiki cat is the best cat food it is high quality for cats these to come down on the price a little bit but it's worth buying for my cat she enjoys and loves this product I hope you can invent more stuff with tiki cats.

Edible
These are the smaller size cans that resemble fancy feast. At first it was kind of off putting from the strong smell. Be careful when you open as it's alot of liquid gravy and easy to spill. It honestly didn't look that appetizing and I assumed my cats wouldn't eat it. They are very picky eaters. I chose this because it spoke of it being more prey food or whole pieces of food in it. At first I just saw mush and gravy, but I did notice some whole baby shrimp after they got most of the mushy stuff eaten out of their bowls. I chose the variety pack, so far they like the shrimp and will update as they try the other flavors. They loved it so far and that's all that matters. My female cat gobbled hers up in seconds and then proceeded to try and eat my male cats food too.

Lower the price or drain the water
A kitty cat favorite of all time. This stuff is supposed to be healthful and they love it. I wish it were less expensive, I have to use it sparingly mixed with some of their less desirable kibble. Also, the water content is very high and paying for water costs a star.

Pumpkin is the necessary ingredient for Ted!
This is very good for my senior long haired cat who needs the moisture of the food with pumpkin for good digestion and elimination. Prior to using this he was having episodes of spitting up almost daily & his stools were like rocks. This in addition to some kibble he is getting through many weeks of not having issues.

I was sooo looking forward to this catfood - BUT...
We have 4 formerly feral cats that we've adopted over the past several years, and during that time, they've become spoiled, highly domesticated versions of themselves. So we try to purchase the best and most nutritious food we can get. Normally, we feed them various flavors from Applaws, which they absolutely love. However, periodically we try other brands to see their reactions and to give them some variety instead of the same ole thing. Since we've tried various Tiki flavors in the past - with our cats at least eating some of the food - we thought we'd try this carton of Tiki Cat Aloha Friends Tuna Wet Food Variety Pack. When it arrived, we immediately opened a can to feed them since it was around their feeding time in late afternoon. When I opened the can, I was taken aback to see what looked like the big D (diarrhea), for lack of a better term. It looked nothing like what the ad photos implied (which is why I ordered this variety pack to begin with, because of the photos of what the food looks like). So what you get in each can is 5.5 oz of a brown soup, which NONE of our cats would even go near. I found this strange since with all the food we've given to them in the past, they've at least tried a few bites - but it was not to be with this Tiki variety. I thought we'd wait a bit, and over the next few days, we tried feeding them several more cans - yet again, all to no avail. They just walked over to the food, looked it over and gave it a smell, and then walked off. We were flabbergasted to be sure. What a waste of money, and this food wasn't cheap - and again, we have 4 indoor cats. So rather than waste what we had remaining, I put the food outside each evening for the first few days since we live by the edge of the woods and many creatures reside there - feral cats, possums, raccoons, foxes, etc. To my utter surprise, very little of the food was consumed - now go figure. Usually, when I put food out that my cats may not like, it is often completely gone by the next morning as these creatures come out of the woods and inhale what I left them. Not so with this Tiki Variety Pack. So the moral of this story is, if you want to waste your money, and if you want food that is really a soup that looks and has the texture of the big D, then go ahead and take a chance on this. Now I realize that no two cats are the same and there will be some reviews where the reviewer will rave about this food. My experiences as depicted above resulted in me giving Tiki Cat Aloha Friends Tuna Wet Food Variety Pack this low of a rating, and all I can do is give my personal opinion after having purchased and given this flavor a chance. Color us very disappointed...

I'm a big fan of the Weruva/Cats in the Kitchen brands of cat food, and honestly anything with human-grade ingredients that are actually bioavailable to cats, obligate carnivores they are (or as my niece says, obligate carnivals 😆). Grains, veggies, fruits, legumes, tubers -- most of these have little to no nutritional value to cats. Pumpkin is an outlier, mostly because it's so high in fiber and filling and cats love the taste, but even that isn't more than a decent filler. Any fillers just mean more poop to scoop. I regularly foster cats from Toronto Cat Rescue that have special needs or just extra amounts of care needed, and this food has been a hit with even the pickiest eaters. It's been fantastic as part of a careful weight loss plan, too -- cats shed extra pounds pretty quickly combining this with canned pumpkin puree (talk to your vet! It's easier than you think, and with the pumpkin they stay regular and are not constantly yowling for food). My own two failed fosters have recently lost several pounds each and are now both at very healthy weights and body shapes (cats are beautiful at every size, just like humans, but unlike humans have a ton of direct correlations with weight and health problems) so they have been eating just this very happily. Even the pickiest of fosters (I've had cats from partner rescues that would only eat fish due to it being their main source of food, and they still scarf this right up) loves this stuff, and despite the cost, the actual amount being fed is pretty low compared to other wet foods. Combined with a high-quality dry kibble (I like stuff like Go and Nutrience), it's wound up really cost-effective, litter-box-effective and most importantly -- happy and healthy cat effective. Bright eyes, soft shiny coats, little to no plaque buildup on their teeth despite their age, and food-secure little beasties. Oliver says it's great for his joints and lends him new purr-spectives!

This food is expensive, took a few weeks to get here and overall my cats like it. I gave 4 stars due to the pricing. It is quality food for cats.

After learning that the wet food we previously used had ingredients that were unhealthy, we decided to make the switch to tiki. All three of my cats absolutely love it. We have 2 xL maincoon/ragdoll and a long haired domestic cat. The large boys will eat everything, but the other one is 16 years old and is quite picky. They all love this food. We have tried all flavours and the tuna based cans were the most loved. We feed wet food morning and night and they always have kibble available. Since switching to this brand, we have noticed a huge difference in the activity level of our older cat. He now runs and plays with the younger cats and can be seen getting the “zoomies” a few times a day. I am very happy to find this high quality food. It is more expensive than the previous brand we used, but the happiness and health of our boys speaks for itself. Absolutely love this food.

Cats really like it. They kinda charge it lol. Good ingredients, quality food. Pricey a bit, but everything is pricey today, and I feel like it worth it for your cats.

first time trying tiki cat products and my fairly picky cat likes it! she eats all the flavours and usually finishes or comes close to finishing her portion. this is great cuz sometimes she will sniff things and not even touch it :,) my only complaint is that the box wasn’t fully sealed and a few cans are dented. not sure if they’re still safe for my cat to eat.
