I didn't know when I ordered it that the back was different than my other chair. My old chair the back leaned back but the seat didn't and with this one the whole chair moves forward when it reclines. My little old ladies don't fit as well with this one. I'll use it as a spare i guess.

Quick shipment and delivery.I could have used an actual photo of chair for assembly, instead of a sketch type pic, but it was still fairly easy to assemble and works quite well. Decent quality for a very fair price. I would recommend the company and equipment.

Great sturdy chair with supportive recline. I use it as a shampoo chair and a styling chair when I wash my daughter's hair. We place it at the shower entry and recline it back into the shower. We have a handheld sprayer which is perfect. I wish I had bought it sooner. Fast shipping and easy assembly.

These chairs are not salon quality! I ordered two of these chairs thinking they would be good quality for my salon. However, I was wrong. The worst part is this chair is not sturdy at all. The screws are too long on the bottom which makes the chair wobbly and it doesn’t recline easily once someone is sitting in it. Not to mention the shipping was delayed 5 days. The worst part is if you decide to return them they require the buyer to pay for shipping cost which is more than price of the chair. 1 star

The chair for the price is alright but the glides under the seat are terrible, within a week the material they use compressed and the chair no longer slid out. I corrected the problem with metal plates that I placed over the chair glides and it is working fine at this point.

When I sit on the chair My feet don't touch the ground.It doesn’t matter If you are tall.So I felt uncomfortable and it is so expensive compared to the function of chair
