Outstanding customer service!

When I 1st opened this, it looked like it had been used, but I know this was not possible, because I took it out of its original package (perhaps a packing error?). When I emailed the company about the half-full container, they sent me another one FREE OF CHARGE & IMMEDIATELY AFTER I CONTACTED THEM...what great customer service!
