This was great until it sprung a leak. I didn’t even have this attachment for 1 month before water began leaking. And apparently it can’t be returned/refunded. Nice way to treat someone suffering from chronic pain, who just dumped money into trying to make life more bearable.Update- After some back and forth, the seller issued a refund. They stated to work with Amazon- except Amazon said it couldn’t be returned. Then they wanted me to pay for postage, and wouldn’t provide a label. Then they provided a label, but withheld the refund until they confirmed it was damaged. Why would I go through all of that trouble if it wasn’t damaged!?Do yourself a favor and work with an authorized seller. These are class 2 federal medical devices. The sale of these is borderline illegal at best on Amazon. And you lose the benefit of any warranty or return. Unbelievable.

I did a lot of research before I buying this product. I underwent a 4 level fusion and needed help cosistantly keeping the surgical area cold switching out ice pack have always been an option but this setup is much better. This unit It IS COMPATIBLE with the Breg Polar care cubes and it works flawlessly. The pad offers an amazing amount of surface area for lumbar surgeries. My mother in law offered her unit that was issued for her knee replacement. I am truly thankful.

THE PAD THAT CAME WITH THE ARS AQUA RELIEF SYSTEM HOT OR COLD, IS REALLY TOO SMALL.This pad is very good for surrounding your leg, back or any area of the body that requires a large surface to cool or heat. WHEN ORDERING THE ARS AQUA RELIEF SYSTEM , BUY THIS WITH IT.

This replacement back pad was just what my mother needed to replace the one that she worn out. Price was so reasonable and with Amazon Prime I did not have to pay for shipping.

I used this 'back pad' for Rotator Cuff Surgery. I found it easier to put on by myself than the shoulder pad and it covered more area.

Item leaked hot water on first use. Unusable due to hot water leak and is not eligible for return. Product was defective.
