OK GOOD

I take one teaspoon first thing in the morning--at least an hour before breakfast It has really helped me keep my blood sugar levels down. Taste is nice and bitter, which is how it's supposed to be.

Be prepared bitter melon is better but worth it.

Hard to handle the taste....

I didn't like the taste, but it mixes and I have no trouble drinking it.

This item is too dark than what I ordered from other product. It smell like oil paint. Very different taste. Does not taste like bitter melon. In the mouth it feel like sand, I gargle lot to clean my mouth. I do not know how other people can swallow. I stop taking after two days.
