OLIGHT S2R II 1150 Lumens EDC Flashlight USB Magnetic Rechargeable Torch Light Equipped with Variable-Output Side Switch and Dual Direction Pocket Clip

Have had this flashlight for about 10 months now. To me personally its a pretty bright flashlight in a small package. The standard low setting and medium setting is all I ever had to use. The high setting and is pretty bright Ive only had to use probably no more than 12x the Turbo setting is super bright and Ive never had to use it. The moonlight is very handy when it comes to camping. Love the magnetic tailcap its very useful when I have to fix automobiles. Battery life exceeds my expectations, Ill usually have to charge once every two weeks, usually its being used daily at work. Comes with two pocket clips 1 black anx 1 blue, the pocket clip holds up really well, I only had to bend the pocket clip back once to have a secure retention. The cable charger is very picky when it comes to picking a wall charger, but once u find one it works good with you're set. The tailcap does not charge through the housing anymore, it quit working for me about a month go. So I have to charge the battery externally. I have not had to try out the warranty service yet. Overall for the price you cant beat a solid everyday flashlight.

I actually own 2 of these flashlights (as well as other Olight products) , and have since purchased an additional 3 more for my family. This is a great flashlight for EDC— arguably the best. It has a small enough profile to fit comfortably in just about any size pocket. The brightest setting is plenty bright, and the lowest setting conserves power allowing for an exceptionally long battery life. My only nitpick if any would be the magnetic charging cable. The cable itself is very thin, so it doesn't come off as very durable. Also, its proprietary, so it's not like you could just pickup a new cable anywhere if needed. I personally wouldn't trust the cable in any serious emergency situation. Also, I've had mixed results with the cable when using it to charge. For whatever reason, my flashlight doesn't seem to fully charge when using the cable. I'm not sure if this is just an issue with mine, but I can say that my wife's flashlight charges fine with her cable. Nevertheless, I'd suggest purchasing an 18650 battery charger to charge the battery directly If you are concerned about the cable's reliability/durability. Despite the cable issue, I still give the product 5 stars. *For the record, I have no affiliation with Olight at all.

Overall, this is a great pocket flashlight. I am self-employed, and I do home remodeling and handyman work, and I use this light daily. As of this writing I have had this light for five months, and It shows no signs of slowing down. Pros: for a pocket flashlight it is super bright. It is also durable, as I seem to drop it regularly. Clips easily to the brim of a baseball-style cap to convert to a headlamp. The battery life is outstanding too. I use the light daily - for only minutes at a time - but I only charge it once a month, whether or not it needs to charge. Cons: for a pocket flashlight it is kind of bulky. I would like something a little slimmer, but that is a small negative. The pocket clip only allows for the flashlight to clip with the lens side up. I am concerned that I will crack the lens eventually given my line of work. I have taken this flashlight to work every day for the past five months, and it has stood the test of time better than any other pocket flashlight I've used in the past five years. As well, I use this flashlight when camping or for any personal need. I would definitely recommend this as a pocket flashlight for anyone that has the need for one.

First of all, package arrived in perfect condition, they even included a little surprise. Would definitely buy from this seller again. The flashlight itself is very well constructed overall and feels like good quality that'll last a long time, even for those acid-type hands that destroy everything they touch haha. The light: It spreads sharply in pitch dark conditions (I live in a rural area) and even those low consumption modes will allow you to work securely if working on shiny/wet surfaces. Why such a small flashligh? That advantage of, if required put it in your cap/helmet when double ratcheting or attach it to a tool in an specific angle with duct tape is always a nice thing. Battery life is very good and that magnetic system is honestly a hassle free experience when again, in the dark, with sometimes gloved hands. I mention this because I've heard some people complaining about it not being a micro USB or C, which, for around the house might be right. Aesthetically wouldn't change anything, I like it. Recommended.

Excellent little light. Very bright, and on the right settings, the battery will last a long time. My only gripe is that you CANNOT carry this in a pocket, which defeats the whole purpose. You will inevitably bump the switch and activate the light. Best case scenario, you drain the battery. Worst case scenario, it burns a hole in your pocket as well as your leg. It hurts. The light is very handy, though. The magnet makes the light versatile and very handy when working on your vehicle. Great for the glove box or center console. Or, like me, stick it to the fridge and forget about it. LoL I EDC my Fenix PD22UE with 500lm and never have an issue. Sure, I have to swap batteries instead of charging direct, but its much more durable and much less likely to turn on in my pocket.

The power of it's light "1000 Lumens" comparing to the handy small size is amazing. Can be your every day carry EDC flashlights even if you are wearing formal style. If you can, get one to every family member. You just need to take care that the flashlight head part is getting very hot when u use it on the high power mode for +5 mins

Good charge time, blasts a hole in the wall figuratively...it has good features and will buy again as its definitely light and compact. The brightness is amazing and can light up the whole neighbourhood.

Very useful gadget to have for emergencies and very bright for a small torch you can put into your bag. I did my research before getting this. Recommended.
