The Supervisor's Guidebook: Evidence-Based Strategies for Promoting Work Quality and Enjoyment among Human Service Staff Perfect Paperback – January 1, 2012

My book was delivered in perfect condition and packaged in a large plastic envelope. It was reviewed on ABA Inside Track, so I know that it is an excellent guide for how to best supervise and lead a team of human services staff in an ABA setting. I bought The Supervisor's Guidebook because I will be taking the BCBA exam soon and will begin working as a BCBA at my workplace once I am licensed.

A great easy to read book, good for a quick reference during a variety of situations with supervisees!

Easy to read, gets to the point, geared to supervisors working in applied ABA with staff that apply intervention programs.

Very solid information for staff training that is very needed in a field that often has frequent direct service personnel (DSP) turnover.

I passed the exam but don’t recall this book being of much use for it. I did pass the ethics course tho

This book just makes me happy reading it. I love it and highly recommend it!
