Wera5018282001 932/6 Kraftform Plus Screwdriver Set and Rack, 6-Pieces

Likes: Wera quality, hand and grip feel, design, packaging, and chisel driver full tang and plate.These are identical to the green screwdriver set only with a back plate for hammering in case of a really stuck fastener or the other things we were told not to use screwdrivers for. The set comes with an easy to organize and hang holder if you are into that kind of thing and it looks very nice as a set. Wera sets themselves a part in packaging. Getting a set of screwdrivers feels very similar to opening your first high quality tech device, with all the bells whistles of an unboxing video. Aside from the known high quality tools you know you are getting, the packaging really takes it over the edge and makes the opening experience memorable.Dislikes: None.

I was on the hunt for a quality set of drivers for weeks. This caught my eye because they're German-designed and come in a rack yet the price is strangely low. I was not sure what to expect, especially since they're "full-tang" if you will. I almost bought the green-handled ones without the steel core, but I couldn't find any reason not to get these; I don't see any compromises.So I received them yesterday, and immediately I was impressed by the feel. A screwdriver has no moving or hollow parts so they shouldn't differ much in feel, but something about the density is pleasing to me. The striking face on the back is very subtle and unobtrusive, which I thought was a nice touch vs. the expected enormous chromed striking surface.I was simply hoping for a solid alloy, but I was pleasantly surprised. These are far and away the most positively-engaging screwdrivers I've ever used. I was driving a basic drywall screw with one of the Philips into a vertical surface. I let go of the driver, and it hung in space, not even wiggling. A *Philips* head, so positively engaged that it can't fall out, is nothing I've ever seen before. I didn't think Philips had the geometry to support that, but there it was.They can still cam out, I learned, on some Philips screws. Well, that's more on the head than anything else, you know? The drywall screws I was using had deep heads, and I wasn't able to get the tip to slip on those even when driving partially out of socket and at a slight angle. I didn't have a chance to hammer on the end of any of them, but I did start a screw by smacking the end of the driver with my palm and then wrenching it all the way into a stud by hand with no pilot hole, and the torque (good grip on these) and solid bite really made it a non-ordeal.I haven't hit these with a hammer yet, or been an impatient jerk and used them to pry things, so I can't tell you if they can move the earth. What I can say is I don't regret a dime of the $40 I paid, there's absolutely nothing inferior about these, and I suspect you can't really get much better without a huge price hike.

I am impressed with the feel and quality of these tools and bought them after buying a set for my Son who told me about them. I replaced a hodgepodge of various brands and now have a high quality set with a holder that I feel confident won’t break or damage the hardware I’m tightening or loosening.

By far my favorite screwdrivers. The tips have held up great and you can beat on the back of them with no issues. I will be rebuying the day they do wear down, if it ever happens

Awesome set of screwdrivers, durable and heavy duty

Initial quality is excellent, very precisely made, with good handles. I haven't had much time to test their durability over time, but the few times I have used them, I've been pleased at how slip-resistant the tips are. I'm undecided on what to think of the little organizer/holder thing. By design, it grips the screwdriver shanks, to the point if you are holding it in your hands, you can turn it upside down, and the screwdrivers won't fall out. I suppose in a service truck, it would keep them from coming loose or even rattling, but attached to my workbench, it is actually a small annoyance to have to actually push the screwdriver down into the holder, instead of it just dropping into place. So far, that is really my only nit to pick. Strong, precise, and comfortable to use adds up to a good screwdriver. Add in the hex bolster and a shank that goes all the way through the handle (with striking cap), and it adds up to a great screwdriver. For rusty sheet metal screws, or screws with paint in them, tapping the screwdriver tip into the screw with a couple sharp hammer taps can be the difference between getting the screw loose or not. These 'seem' like 5 star quality, but until I use them a while and see how durable the tips are, I will stick with 4 stars. If they hold up like they appear they should, they will be a 5 star purchase.

Los mangos de Wera son el mejor diseño que he usado. La posibilidad de usar una llave para girar y el martillo para impactar ha funcionado de maravilla. La única cosa que no me encanto es que el desarmador plano más pequeño no tiene la parte para usar la llave de tuercas ni para hacer impacto. Entiendo por qué ya que es muy delgado pero hubiera sido bueno que en la información lo mostrara mas claramente.Si la función de impacto no la van a usar es más recomendable los verdes, esos detienen mejor los tornillos ya que tienen las muescas hechas con láser.

Ein Schraubendreherset mit vergleichbaren Eigenschaften findet man aktuell wohl vergeblich. Die Nutzung sowohl als Schraubendreher als auch als Meissel ist hier nicht nur im Notfall möglich, sondern ausdrücklich vom Hersteller empfohlen.Damit hat Wera hohe Erwartungen gestellt und bei dem ein oder anderen für verwirrendes Kopfschütteln gesorgt :D Aber es funktioniert, und das sogar recht gut. Die Schraubenmeisseldreher liegen wunderbar in der Hand (zum Vergleich habe ich die gleiche Größe eines normalen Wera Schraubendrehers neben diesem gelegt, siehe Bild) und die Vorteile der Griffes der Wera Schraubendreher sind auch hier spürbar. Dieser ist ebenso ergonomisch und an den wichtigsten Stellen gummiert - wer schon einmal mit einem Wera Werkzeug gearbeitet hat, kennt diese Griffform gut und wir wissen, dass sie doch fast unübertroffen in den relevantesten Punkten ist.Im Vergleich zu den normalen Schraubendrehern fehlt die gelaserte Spitze und das ist auch logisch, dafür wird in diesem gelben Satz der Stahl sicher besonders gehärtet sein. Der Schraubendreher fühlt sich auch etwas schwerer an als die klassischen. Dies wird vor allem an der Verstärkung liegen, welche bis zur Kappe reicht und dort einen Schlagpunkt für den Hammer (oder sonstige Gegenstände) bildet. Die Verarbeitung und die Integration der schwereren Materialien ist erstklassig gelungen, nichts steht über, nichts wirkt billig!Die Arbeit mit den Schraubendrehern funktioniert auch super - sicherlich sollte aber bei reinen Schraubarbeiten bedacht werden, dass im Vergleich zu den normalen Schraubendrehern Kompromisse gemacht werden müssen (Gewicht, nicht perfekt griffig an der Spitze), aber die erlangten Vorteile und die freigegebene Meisselfunktion entschädigt dafür mehr als ausreichend.Das Set ist eine tolle Ergänzung zu eben jenem viel genannten normalen Satz mit gelaserter Spitze, deckt man mit beiden doch ein wirklich großes Feld an Arbeiten ab. Dazu ist die Preisgestaltung wirklich fair für das Gebotene.Als kleiner Hinweis, der kleinste Schraubendreher in dem Set hat keine besondere Stahlverstärkung ist daher nicht fürs Meisseln geeignet :)

Tipologia a taglio e a croce, scalpellabili. I formati non sono tutti presenti ma sono sufficienti per le situazioni più comuni.
