They worked!
Why did you choose this product over others?: In part because of previous reviews I chose this as a replacement for my previous orthotic inserts which were no longer available. The sizing left me guessing a bit but I found that the L/XL comfortably fit my 10-11 size footwear. I was pleased I did ( inserts are quite an individual thing) because these fit my shoes and casual footwear perfectly and are extremely comfortable; supportive and gave me quick pain relief ( being the 3/4 insert they don’t need trimming)! Maybe not ideal for everyone but I am ordering more straight away whilst they’re available to order.

seriously happy
after a very long hiatus from doing any exercise i took up rucking (walking with weighted backpack) to shed some of the lockdown weight i had accumulated. the first week or so into rucking i was getting a chronic pain in my right calf after about half a mile. then after a mile it felt like i was walking like a duck and noticed my right foot felt like it wanted to keep turning inwards. not to mention the pain in my legs. i put this down to not being very active for a while and thought a few weeks in it would be better once i get used to it but nope!! .... a month in and every morning i went out to exercise it would start at exactly the same place then ease off after a while and when i got home id have to neck pain killers to be able to function. in the last month i've tried everything . compression socks , ankle supports , stretches, deep heat even a tens machine but nothing seemed to help so this purchase was my last ditch attempt to try fix the problem myself before giving up and calling the doctor. i was sceptical about buying orthotics again after buying some a few years back and they fitted horrible and did nothing so i never used them but i put these ones to the test this morning. off i went expecting the pain to kick in when it did and tbh it did ...but only slightly, before it was like being stabbed in the leg now it was just slightly uncomfortable but not to the point where i felt the need to stop like i did before. my legs didn't feel dead and i was able to walk without it feeling i was stomping my feet plus my foot didn't feel like it wanted to roll inwards like before.i mean i t was trying to but not succeeding. there's a path that slopes to the right i have to pass and i dread walking on it because it makes the pain much worse but this morning absolutely no pain. i was able to take bigger strides as well as there was no pain ... i just finished my 5 miles and my legs and feet feel fine, usually when i get back id be limping around till the painkillers kicked in but i've no pain whatsoever , i was so surprised these worked that well as i wasn't expecting it to work at all. so a great big thank you and i'm honestly forever gr8ful for these. thank you so much

Perfect for kids shoes
My 9 year old suffers from severs disease in his heels so we have been trying different supports to ease his pain. These fit perfectly into his size uk1 trainers but dont fit his football boots. He said they are comfortable and do ease the pain on contact with the ground, although not as much as others we have tried. Hes going to keep these in his trainers just now and use different ones in his football boots. One star taken away just on shock absorption. Still a decent price for moderate /light heel pain

Amazing
Brought for my husband, who is in the last stage of recovering from snapped Achilles tendons. These fit in his trainers and boots, which is better than the ones from the hospital. Plus they are easy to take in / out and swap between footwear. Quality is amazing. Perfect height and thickness for him, which makes it easy to wear them all day. He says they are like walking on air and so supportive. Will be getting him another pair

I’m not sure…..
My previous orthotics were much more comfortable but if they were doing what I needed them to do, I wouldn’t have been replacing them. With these, there seems to be such a great difference in height at the conjunction of the orthotic and the insole. That may well be because my arches have fallen so much. However, despite the slight discomfort, they do seem to be helping with my Achilles tendinitis. So at six quid a pair, they’re definitely worth trying; not much to loose and a great deal to gain!

Great product for foot issues

Very good insoles - don't squash toes - benefit felt after a few days
I've been struggling with Achilles pain for weeks and couldn't find a suitable pair of shoes that raised the heel and supported my plantar. Other full insoles I've used tend to squash my toes at the front of the shoe. These are firm and mould perfectly to my foot. Been wearing for about a week and can already feel big improvements and comfort when walking

Comfortable and have helped my achilles
I bought these as I couldn’t walk due to injuring my Achilles heel. Was advised by the doctor to get insoles and so many on the market are very expensive. These offered a cheaper solution and less of a gamble due to the price. Since I have been using them, I have found them extremely comfortable and they have aided me and made it more comfortable in my attempts to walk. Only reasons I marked this down is because they do not have an adhesive to stick down in your shoe and often slide down in the shoe. Only annoying when putting the shoe on as don’t move once your foot is on them. Also the print has already worn and material looks like it is peeling after less than a month. Worth the purchase, might buy another

I purchased Gr8ful Orthotic Insoles a few months ago, and I’ve been very happy with the product. They provide excellent arch support and cushioning, which really helped reduce the foot fatigue and lower back pain I used to feel after long shifts. The insoles fit perfectly in my work boots and have held up well even with daily use. Highly recommend them for anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet.
