Just installed on my 2010 Nissan Titan, I need to modify mounting bracket, none the less, I now have heat.

It is not an exact fit. But it worked...

Don’t Waste Your Money – Poor Quality Actuator I purchased the LCWRGS 604-970 HVAC Blend Door Actuator, and I am extremely disappointed. It only worked for about a month before it started making extremely loud noises. For the short time it functioned, it seemed fine, but the lack of durability makes this product completely unreliable. I would not recommend this actuator to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and invest in a better-quality part. This one is nothing but a waste of money.

Bought this for a 2004 Nissan titan to replace Hot to cold actuator located under dashboard on the passenger side. Doesn't perfectly fit, had to make a slight modification by on the bracket that holds this actuator. Otherwise works fine, just a bit of a nuisance.

Easy to replace. Night and day difference. No more rear clicking noise. We'll see how long it lasts come summer. For the price though. 2-3 yrs would be decent.

No issues... other than its a dog of a job to replace this part.... no room.to work or see... just glad it works fine

The unit does not sit flush where the original equipment would and the motor will not calibrate for the correct settings, continually clicking.
