Essential Managers Manual

This is the 2nd time I bought this book. The first one, I kept for years and eventually gave to my son who is now taking business in university. This one will be for my own personal use. I have benefitted quite a lot with the advice given by this book. Highly recommended for new supervisors who have to deal with managing people, budgets and running meetings.

This book is an overview of management techniques and does not intend to provide a deep analysis on each topic presented. That is, in my view, its strength and the quality that makes it an excellent resource for those recently appointed to management ranks.

This book is not for reading from the beggining to the end. But to pick up necessary chapter for your everyday's challenges at work/conferences etc. This book helped me to control my emotions during the speech deliverance and in time managing. I'm sure every person will find something new and necessary for everyday use.Enjoy reading and greets from Ukraine.

Unexpected, very useful book, a must for every manager or even team leaders.Written in a very attractive way, once you start reading it, you just can't wait to turn the page and read more. Easy to understand, not necessarily to be Business master to get the benefit of it.

It's a great book for an office person or a beginner that need to get some skills a bit sharpened it's not what i have seen in a real life but it has some good theories for a person that hasn't had a university degree in a supervision or management

Great easy to read reference for anyone trying to increase their knowledge on these essential topics! Truely a book I would reccomend for those who are trying to get ready for the demands of a management position or for those who may want to take on addition responsibility in the near future.

Fantastic easy to use old school way of managing. Anyone can learn so much from this book. It's my trusted friend when under business pressure.

As its title suggests, "Essential Manager's Manual" contains elementary basics for managers. Even if its graphics is well done, it is not recommended for medium experienced manager/leader. It could be useful to prepare teaching classes.

It was a wonderful experience of timelines and professionalism. Keep up the good work.Packing and condition of the book was excellent. Amazon will be my choice for online purchases in India.
