First, I'll share why I bought this bracelet and second, why I like this bracelet. I purchased this bracelet as a gift to myself, so I can remember the love that Jesus has for me; and so that I can approach each day and situation I face with love. Jesus commanded that we love one another (in the same way) as he loved us (John 13:34, 15:9, and 15:12). I now have a daily reminder that I can always see, so in the challenging times when I don't feel that others "are deserving" of love, the Holy Spirit will correct me by telling me that those thoughts are of the world and not of The Spirit (not of God). I'll know that I need to show love as Jesus commanded. Here's why I like this bracelet: It's black on black and the plate is shiny (reflective). The scripture is in a tan-gold color (and not stark white). The ID place is thin and light and a good scale for my small wrist. It has adjustable cords that pull from both sides, so it fits snug (for my small wrist). The cords are a shiny material (possibly with a coating to help from fraying), so the whole bracelet looks sleek. It's well-made. It came in a nice box and It will make an excellent gift for anyone. the bracelet is beautiful and I love the bible verse but the adjustable string should be a little thinner and there should be beads on the ends to hold the strings down instead of them sticking out from side to side
