Insufficient straps
The cushion was soft and comfy but it didnt come with 2 straps like shown in the image, as it only has one set of straps it keeps moving and make the product less useful

Ordered Grey color, but delivered black color. Very bad Wakefit and very bad seller. I request amazon as well as seller to look into the issue and deliver the right product to me.
