Broken after only being used about 20 times

Worked great to start with.. light was proven to approximately 8km distance with fresh new batteries..However now broken only after approximately 20 uses..New batteries and nonloggt coming out of it..Amazon website really poor with no information with ways to contact the seller and arrange a repair/replacement...All set up as though they don't want you to return/repair a defective item..
