Kicker 40VCWS124 12" 600W 4 Ohm Vented Loaded Subwoofer Enclosure

Installed in a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I am impressed. I am powering it with an old 200 watt RMS Kicker amp and it’s perfect. Loud if you want it to be, but a good balance overall.

This 12 inch kicker sub surprised me i was looking to downsize but the 1 sub in my trunk sounds deeper and all around better then the 2 10inch subs i had in my honda.

The bass responds is amazing I thought this single 12in was going to be good for some type of bass but no I was wrong it thumps hard it gets to the very low tones.

I bought this for my son's first vehicle and we are both impressed. He is currently powering this sub with the Rockford Fosgate prime series 500x1 amp and it hits really good. The sub seems to keep up fairly well with all the different music he likes to play, and both the speaker and the box seem to be very good quality.If your looking for bass that you can hear blocks away this single sub is not going to do it, however if your looking for a sub that hits pretty hard without wanting to break the bank then this is a great option. I would highly recommend this to anyone not wanting to spend a ton of money or that is new to car audio.
