i have the wired version of these headphones (xb950ap), so will these ear pads fit correctly to them? thanks in advance.

These do NOT fit the AP (wired) model. The other models have a lip that you slide the replacement pads over. The wired model does not have this lip and needs adhesive to attach the pads. These replacements do not come with the necessary adhesive.

are the as thick as the original?

No they are not- slightly skinnier

Do these replacement ear pads change the sound signature and soundstage of Sennheiser?

No they should not. However, if your current pads have gotten flattened the replacements will restore the proper depth to the cup and effectively restore the sound to its original signature.

The best replacements I found

When look over many reviews, if you can find ones that hold up, comfortable and don't muffle the sound, buy them. These check all the boxes and are not dust magnets and still look new after a year. Overall a great upgrade and don't cause any issues with the sound, so there a keeper. I bought two sets for Corsair Voids and still looking great.

Great Value, Great Product, Easy installation

This is a great product especially for the price. It was extremely easy to install, and I felt it was more comfortable that the original. My only complaint is the originals lasted over 7 years. I purchased these replacements in July and one ear pad has already malfunctioned. While I was running the hard peice that holds the pad to the headphone ripped an my headset literally began to fall off my head. I'm going to purchase another pair and hope this malfunction was just a one off.
