I’ve been using this spray since 2015, and it’s still my go-to! It keeps my makeup in place all day, even through heat and busy days, without feeling sticky or heavy. Affordable, reliable, and a must-have in my routine.”

Game changer for my Makeup Routine!
I absolutely love this mist setting spray! I’ve tried so many in the past, but this one really stands out. The mist is super fine and lightweight, so it doesn’t drench your face or mess up your makeup. It gives my skin a beautiful, dewy finish without feeling sticky or heavy.I’ve noticed a huge difference in how long my makeup lasts throughout the day, even in heat and humidity, everything stays in place and looks fresh for hours. It also gives my skin a nice, refreshed feel when I reapply during the day.The scent is light and pleasant, nothing overpowering. Plus, the bottle sprays evenly every time. I’m so glad I found this. it’s definitely become a staple in my beauty routine. Highly recommend!

Really amazing to brightening my skin and getting rid of my acne
I have combination skin that’s really difficult to manage whenever there’s warm weather. My skin is mostly equipped to go moisturizer free in a tundra, it’s so oily. At any rate, with the summer upon us I felt like I absolutely had to do something about my face, my makeup was lasting for approximately 15 minutes when I would leave my house, and sometimes I would catch my mascara running down my face. I found this particular makeup fixer online, and the price was right, so I decided to give it a shot. First thing, the delivery was amazing, it literally got there the day after I ordered it, and I only paid for priority. Secondly, I started using the product immediately and noticed that the spray mechanism isn’t as wide as it should be, which means that you should hold it further away from your face than you normally do in order to have the best experience. At any rate, it works really well at setting your makeup, but I find that it works absolutely best after I’ve done my skincare regimen. For example, I give myself a mask two times a week, TreeActiv Anti Acne & Rosacea Treatment Sulfur Mask Plus Rhassoul, Bentonite Clay Mask with Witch Hazel & Aloe Vera - Refreshing Lemon Scent (1 Jar) (4 Oz) and on days that I use that and my extractor, my make up looks the same but the setting from the mist lasts so much longer and looks way cleaner. I guess that’s because I’ve removed all the oil from my skin. Anyway, it’s worth trying if you have a big night out that you want to look your best for, the Treeactiv is really amazing at brightening my skin and getting rid of my acne, so I definitely recommend using it in conjunction with the elf mist…if you really want to go all out, use this TreeActiv+ Tea Tree Oil Acne Solution for Advanced Acne Treatment - All Natural Acne Spot Treatment - Blemishes Gone or Your Money Back! (60ml) to spot extract your problem areas before you apply makeup. I definitely recommend this spray, it comes in at a great value.

Very good price point for a notable product . . .
Elf sports a terrific price point. No one can argue with that. I've tried several products in the line and many are notable - certainly for the price. It seems Elf is getting a lot of attention - I'm sure due to budget conscious consumers. I would not say it is a fantastic line, but it's certainly an option. I recommend that you try a couple of products and judge it for yourselves. If you're used to a couture line you won't like it at all.A major benefit of this formula is it contains aloe, green tea, cucumber and Vitamins A, C and E as key ingredients. That's cool and should serve to protect the skin against free radicals. Another good selling point is, although the bottle is small, it should last quite a while because it doesn't take much product.Personally, I do not use a setting mist often, but I needed something for a play. I have to say elf worked comparably well. My makeup seemed to last longer and there was less transfer onto my costume, although it certainly does not solve that problem.Tip: I read some reviews that said it made people's makeup too wet and run. "Hello?" It's not a shower. Hold it farther away from your face (about a foot 1/2 to two feet.) AND, turn your head frequently. You don't need to bathe in it to get the benefit. By holding the spray an appropriate distance away from my face, it became a little damp - but only for about 10 seconds. In doing so, it had no negative effects on my makeup whatsoever. There are many mists on the market, but most are more expensive. Lastly, elf smells a tad bit funky, but it's not that bad. And, you only smell it for a couple of seconds. Also, it feels a bit sticky after some hours, but it is a sealer. I suppose that indicates it is fulfilling its purpose. I would recommend giving it a try as an inexpensive alternative.
