I know that the manufacturer cannot make medical claims, but I can say that Pepogest is my go-to solution to manage my IBS. I'm a competitive cyclist and unfortunately all of the Rx medicines that have worked for my IBS are not approved for use in competition. In 2000, I discovered enteric coated peppermint oil while on a trip to Thailand: I had lots of gastric distress on that trip and was desperate to find something that worked. A pharmacist in Bangkok highly recommended enteric coated peppermint oil. When I returned to the states, I looked for something similar and Peppiest was the solution I found in my local health food store. I've been using Pepogest for 18 years (along with ginger capsules) and I won't be without it. This is a WONDERFUL solution that allows me to manage my condition and helps me to feel great every single day.

I have purchased and recommended this product many times. I find it to be most helpful when I have any kind of GI disturbance. I tried other brands - some had no effect at all and were a complete waste of time and money. Now I just stick with Pepogest. Only con I can think of is I would like buy a larger quantity at a discount to always have some on hand.

I've used several different peppermint capsules. These are probably my 2nd favorite. They work great and they work fast, but I can only take one at a time because two makes me feel a little nauseous. I can take them before or after I eat and they work just as well. I take them when I'm feeling a little sick and they help to soothe my stomach. I have a lot of gastrointestinal problems, so peppermint works great!

I have been suffering from IBS. Fluttering stomach, bloating, gas and eventually diarrhea. The flare up would start and take days for things to settle down. I started taking the pepogest. These do a good job help preventing flare ups.I have been taking the pepogest for 6 months. I can say it is making a difference in the positive direction. Far less flare ups. One note, I was put on cholesterol medication which carry nasty side effects. The medication side effects seems to help settle them down.

If you have bad guts , you need this now ! Pills are easy to swallow , have a pleasant peppermint taste and not that think. This is a great all natural alternative to always having to take medication for your tummy. This helped me tremendously while I was pregnant. It help sooth and calm your tummy. My husband uses this when he’s tummy is not well. I even gave one to my dog when her tummy was upset after eating everything in the garage can.
