Q: Will it hold a Novalog vial and a Lantis vial?

My med (not insulin) comes in a vial that has a diameter of 7/8" and it easily holds two. Don't know anything about yours. Unit works great, used it on two flights from ATL to Europe.

Q: Is the pen bag included with the B001 ($39.95) unit?

No, the kit comes with a hard and soft freezer pack and a thermometer inside the container. My ozempic pen already has a hard cover and I just put it in the container-2 of them fit.

Q: What happens if I leave the gel ice pack in the freezer for longer than 6-8 hours?

Nothing…I think you fan leave the blue freeze pack in freezer a bit longer than recommended w/o issue. If you get a hotel room with no fridge/freezer you can submerge it in the ice bucket till you’re ready to pack

Q: Can I place humira syringes in this cooling case or will they freeze?

Yes, you can put those in this case. They will not freeze. it does come with a thermometer to check how cold it is staying. My insulin was cold for almost 72 hours.
