Holds 9.7 ipad in my Dji Spark Contoller perfect. I was worried about the weight of the tablet and how the mount would keep tight but this works perfectly and seems to have better swivel points and options than some other mounts I had looked at. One other concern I had when looking online was how tight would it hold my Ipad since that falling out would be disasterous and not worth saving a couple bucks on a cheaper mount but I can tell you this spring loaded clip is great and holds my ipad even in a silicone case secure with no side to side slipage. The one thing I did not like is I really wanted this piece that holds the ipad to be aluminum but it is plastic. The part that fits into the controller is aluminum and so is the middle extention column piece and bottom adjustment nut but the top adjustment nut is plastic as well as the entire clamp that holds the ipad which is somewhat misleading since the description does not mention this only that the material is aluminum. The good things outweigh any issue I had with the plastic part. One of my favortie feature over other mounts is the plate that fits in the controller has cutouts that allow my fingers to grip through the holes much like I would grip an xbox remote. This makes gripping the remote more comfortable and secure by locking the remote in your hand with your wrapped around fingers. Other mounts are either solid here or have tiny holes and make the eromnomics of gripping the remote and using the joysicks akward. The lanyard connects to the metal part which is nice and overall the device has some real quality touches like the textured rubber on the bottom adjusmet knob as well as the design of the bracket allowing you to ditch the controller plate and mount it to what ever you wanted and easily break it down to fit into your case better. An adjustable mount is a must have and this mount falls in between the cheapo and the overpriced red mounts on Amazon and I am glad I got it -great function, quality and value.

Like the other reviewers, I am giving this mount 5 stars for built quality and price, compared to other mounts, like the Mavmount. I am questioning the engineering for an additional adjustment for the post and neck, the part with the ball joint that connects to the holder. You can already adjust the post by sliding back to front on the plate that is inserted in the controller, and the device holder rotates 360 degrees as well as being able to tilt forward and backward and left to right. More adjustable joints, in my opinion, makes the Device it is holding less stable and more things to run loose while in use. The thumb screw on the side of the post should be eliminated altogether and made as one piece with the neck and ball joint.I am happy with my purchase.

I initially purchased one that had fold down parts...it arrived already broken. While this version may not fold down flat, it still doesn't take much room to pack. I use this for a cell phone in lieu of a tablet. Everyone has different preferences. But, I like the phone up a little for viewing, with an unobstructed view of the entire screen edge to edge. And, this mount raises it up enough to have plenty of room for hands to grasp the controller and thumbs to work the sticks. It has worked great thus far.

I use this with my Fimi X8 SE controller. It fits pretty well, though not perfectly. I have put velcro straps around it to make sure there are no mishaps. The attachment for the lanyard comes just far enough below the controller that it works well. The clamp for the tablet is easy to operate, but feels very secure. It holds my Galaxy Tab A just fine. The ball and socket joint locks securely and easily.All in all, this is a great value for the price.

Well i was kinda surprised on a few things, i gave it 4 stars only because the tablet mount itself, the bottom part that attaches to the mount is built great but the holder itself is made of plastic and feels like it will break easy, so definitely be cautious with that part. overall it works great, price was good, Just wish they would spend the time to make the holder better quality. Thank you

Well built and very flexible, I use it for the Mavic Mini where it fits perfectly into the controller and also holds my Samsung Galaxy Tab A. Also I use it daily to hold my tablet for video calls, turn the base 90 degrees and it's great for a table top.UPDATE: I been using this for over 1yr now and it is very durable, I just ordered a second one.

It works well with my iPad Mini, but the whole assembly (controller & iPad Mini) feels unbalanced. It is better to use it with included neck strap, or sitting down with the whole assembly on your lap.

Spend a little more get a aluminum foldable one, if your flying Mavic Air 2 neck strap won’t work!
