The mug arrived on time and in good condition! It's easy to use (cleaning the tea mesh can be a little tricky).Comes through on its promise of keeping your liquids hot and/or cold.The material has been durable so far and the mug hasn't leaked!The size isn't tall enough for it to be used as a thermos flask substitute. However, I would definitely recommend it for people who are always on the go and like their beverages to be too!
