OxiClean Gel Sticks - 6.2 oz (HDL-025)

This product is amazing! I had built in stains on many old clothes that I thought to test this on and it didn't disappoint. It will be a standard in my stain arsenal. It took a while to be sent. Funny how some things arrive the next day and others not so much. This must be a popular purchase.

By far, the best stain stick type cleaner. I tried several others that were less expensive. But after viewing a Consumer Report type test, I switched to the Oxiclean Gel Stick.Easy to apply (others are waxy and harder to work into a stain). My dry cleaner never complains about this being on my clothes when I take them in; he did not like the other waxy stain sticks.Best testimonial: I use fountain pens at work. I was clearing a nib at work and blew through it after rinsing it with warm water. A splatter of diluted red ink speckled an expensive blue oxford cloth shirt. My first thought was, "This shirt is a goner!" When I got home, I treated it with the Oxiclean and then took it to the cleaners a week later. Came back with no trace of any ink spots. Worked better than those specialized ammonia based ink stain removers.One of those things that is more expensive but well worth it.

I started using this product when I sent my daughter to the store to buy a stain STICK and she came back with this weird gel product. But once I got used to the different applicator style, and saw how well it got rid of stains, I am now a convert! No going back to a stick! I've been doing laundry for decades, and this is my new favorite can't-live-without product. It's kind of fun to apply, and lasts a long time--there many many applications in there. I have yet to use it on a stain that it can't remove, and that's saying a lot, as I seem to get stains on my clothes ALL THE TIME! I seem to be a stain magnet, lol. Highly recommend!

The very first time I wore a new white vest - BINGO - I got coffee spilled on it. I couldn't do anything immediately about it because I was at work. WHen I got home, I slathered on the Oxi-Clean and left it to soak all evening, then washed the garment in hot water and a cold rinse. There was not a trace of the coffee left. I've used Oxi-Clean gel stick for a long time, but never was there such a dramatic lifting of a stain as this. I won't be without this product, so I usually order 2 at a time. Great product. I highly recommend it.

I think this does a very good job of removing stains. The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I'm not fond of the dispensing method. I don't like having to press down on the clothing to dispense, since this is very hard to regulate the amount that comes out. It seems like you either don't get enough or get way too much. I much prefer the Shout bottle's method. It has softer sides and you gently squeeze the sides to get the gel to come out. It has a little "brush" on the end to rub the product in, and this seems to be more user friendly as far as the amount. If you just care about clean clothes, then this Oxi Clean will do the trick.

These were difficult to find in my local stores for a while, so was happy to find them online. Good and effective spot stain pre-treatment. I am allergic to many scents, and this does not bother me. We keep them in the laundry, and bathrooms to pretreat before putting them in the hamper. They are gentle on fabric, but get the stains out.

This is the best stain remover I have ever used.
