Silky Toes Women’s Foldable Ballet Flats - Portable Roll-Up Slippers for Purse, Travel, or Events - Comfortable Ballerina Shoes

Let me first start by saying that my expectations weren’t set high for these flats, and I am 100% happy and satisfied with my purchase - they exceeded my low expectations and surprised me! I fly internationally often and always take my shoes off (wearing compression socks) on 13+ hour flights. Sitting in economy / coach class or economy plus / comfort class (even with a little 3 inches more legroom it doesn’t make much of a difference) means I don’t have a lot of room to put my shoes back on, especially if the person in front of me has their seat reclined and I have a bag / carryon underneath the seat in front of me, too. When I need to go to the bathroom or walk around the cabin (to prevent from getting blood clots - if you’re reading this and you have a similar occurrence with me then I suggest always wearing compression socks on long-haul flights and walking around as much as you can) I obviously put my shoes back on (yuck if you don’t), and it’s always awkward with me trying to slip them on quickly, since the airplanes are close quarters to others and leave you NO personal space (okay, except for business/first class). These foldable flats are the perfect solution to my problem and while the material feels a little cheap/flimsy, the rubber sole on the bottom isn’t very thick/sturdy, they get the job done and are easy to slip on/off with minimal effort and fit comfortably like my favorite pair of flats. I am in between a size 8 and 8.5 and the Large size fits me perfectly all around. I have a bit wide feet and these flats don’t scrunch my toes together uncomfortably or cut off my circulation. They are lightweight and I wouldn’t wear them outside, but my purpose for wearing them while flying is perfectly satisfied and achieved. The back part of the flat that is scrunched doesn’t rub my ankles or back of my feet in any way. These flats stay on my feet despite being lightweight. They sort of form / mold to my feet perfectly. I feel like I’m not even wearing them. The inner sole is a soft brushed fabric and I wish it were a bit thicker but then again, these aren’t meant to be your everyday walking flats. They are meant to be worn for short periods of time and not out in the elements. Looking at them from afar, you can’t really tell (at least not for me) that they are cheap-y and slipper-like, they look like normal flats. I like that they don’t look like slippers but just ballet/ballerina flats. I really love the color and will be purchasing a few more pairs in other colors. The drawstring pouch that they can be stored in once they are folded is the same material as the flats (so again, not the best quality) but it is the perfect size to carry with you / pack along and it isn’t bulky nor does it take up much space. Perfect for a carryon! I also will be packing a pair of these in black color just in case my luggage gets lost (yes, I check my bag, I am an overpacker) and I don’t have access to my regular flats. These would suffice in a last-minute emergency situation like that. You get what you pay for. For this price point, it’s a steal and great buy. Go ahead and add them to your cart.

Exceeded my expectations! These are the best dress up shoes especially if you need to look cute while being comfortable enough for work. I'm ordering a black pair to match more of my costumes because I didn't realize just how awesome they were until they came. I originally only bought the sparkly red ones for a Dorothy costume but after seeing how awesome they are they are my new go to for adorable and comfortable! I never knew I could have the best of both worlds! The little red sparkly bag is super cute too. I think I'm going to make mine a makeup bag for my purse. Mine didn't come with the little black socks but I really don't care. I absolutely love the slippers and the bag was a bonus for me. For reference I wear a 6 1/2 in women's shoes. I ordered a medium and they are perfect. I think a small would have been too small so I do recommend ordering up a size.

I returned this item - so this is what I needed to know before purchasing the Women's Foldable Travel Ballet Flat Rollup shoe. My foot fit into the shoe. The situation was that I have a wide toe area. My toes took up the space in the shoe making it somewhat small. I chose to return the shoe rather than suffer squished toes. Had I known that although the shoe was true to length but not width, I would not have ordered the shoe. On the positive side, because the vendor works with Amazon Prime, the return was very easy. I chose to drive a couple of miles and return the product to an Amazon lock box located next to a local gas station in a safe area of the city. The silver is a brilliant gloss like aluminum foil silver. The fabric is very soft. Flimsy is not the right word because the fabric did not tear easily. Thin and lightweight is better word. The sizes are limited to size 11 so I could not go up another size. If the size went up another size, I would have exchanged the shoe rather than return it for a refund. The inside sole felt cushioned. The bottom outer sole felt like it had traction and would not slip on floors. The weight was exceedingly light weight. Some reviewers described these shoes has house shoes for inside the home only. I see their point because the shoe looks insubstantial. I examined the stitching. The shoe is not for everyday use as a shoe year round, but can be worn on the street or office. The bow on the top of the shoe makes it look like a house slipper. The elastic around the back of the heel was quite comfortable even with the shoe slightly too small. The size 11 fit neatly into the carry pouch and could fit into a small clutch purse. I have had long feet all my life and wore adult shoes as a small child. People have referred me to many stores for size 11 shoes. I do not like mail ordering shoes because of complicated returns and the disappointment when the shoe does not fit. Amazon has made returns painless. Because some reviewers said the shoes ran true to size, I took a chance on this shoe. To be clear - if your toe area is wide, your toes will take up the extra space and the shoe will be slightly too small. I wish they made this shoe in larger sizes. If they made this shoe in a larger size, I would have kept this shoe. I would have packed it in my luggage and carried a pair in my purse. I would have bought many colors. The silver is a bright shiny metallic aluminum foil looking silver - soft but very shiny. I hope you found this review helpful.

I bought these to wear after wedding to the reception. I just have to say they are very comfortable and slip resistant and stylish

They were cute, perfect for my Dorthy costume for HOCO. They were also true to size and they slipped on easy. But they had no support. Sadly I had to throw them out after one use because they got so warn down.

Bought these to walk the las vegas strip when I got tired of my heels. Worked like a charm. Quite durable

These look great - the only problem is that they fold so well, they kind of want to stay folded. I bent them the opposite way by using a book to try to take some of the bend out of them. (I need to do a quick, one-handed shoe change during a performance). If anything, this speaks to the quality of the sole of the shoe, which is thick for this type of item.

Purchased for a costume, so just wanted inexpensive flats. I may purchase more now that I see they are good quality with a decent non slip sole. I’m using the matching bag as a little purse. Thank you for the adorable black lace socks!
