You get what you pay for. I use this for an odd use. I use it to deflect dust out of a belt sander “blow hole”. Fits perfect and works flawless. Dont have to use the cumbersome dust bag while using out doors. This will last the lifetime of the heavyduty sander !

I wasn't expecting much for so little $. The seller shipped it out promptly and it arrived quickly. The elbow seems to be made of good quality silicone. Its got 3 layers of polyester(I think) fibers that I can see in its cross section. I couldn't imagine wanting it any thicker. Plenty strong for a stock turbo for sure. I measured its thickness and its about 4.75mm. Get some quality 2.25" t-bolt clamps to go with it. They fit the 2" ID version for my 2005 Subaru STi's TMIC to stock turbo connection perfectly. If you go with smaller 2" clamps I could see you possibly running into problems getting the clamps on. Each side of the elbow are a little more than 4" long so you will most likely need to trim the hose down to size. Take the factory one off for measurements, then cut of the appropriate amount. Remember - measure twice, cut once! I will be using the clamps as cutting guides with a razor blade. I'll update my review if there are any issues with the part once I get it put on. Sure, it doesn't have somebody's logo printed on it, but it is what it is - good looking silicone hose. Buy it!

OK, I realize that this is probably NOT what the manufacturer ever expected this elbow to be used for, but it works perfectly for a dust diverter on my Dewalt chop saw. I did not even have to use a hose clamp to keep it in place. The fitting is well made and the price very reasonable for what you get.

Looks perfect, , and it’s expected to last for years on an engine with 200 degree F coolant running through. One doesn’t know for sure until installed, but they want reviews, but that’s why I didn’t give 5 stars, I didn’t use it yet…

Awesome boot for my buggy intake. Needed to bend my air filter on my buggy to keep it from getting sprayed with dirt and rocks. This was perfect to go the the intake, up 90 degrees, into a 6 inch extension, and to the filter. Wanted to size up to make it easier to find the extension and replacement filter. Did the job and seems nice and sturdy. Plus it matches my buggy color perfectly!

I love this elbow. I am using this in an unconventional way, as a fitting to attach my dust collection system to my compound miter saw. The elbow is thick and very sturdy, it appears well built and nicely finished. The silicone rubber compound makes fitment to the saw and the vacuum system easy as the parts are easily slip fit yet are held securely. A great solution to a dust collection system design problem.

Worked out perfect for my setup and doesn’t look as bad as the abrupt 4-3 straight reducers. Blew off on the first drive, but I tightened the clamp at the throttlebody more and it hasn’t been an issue since. LS1 throttlebody’s have tiny flares so it needs the extra clamp force to stay on in boost.
